Viking Pool Fence

Don installed a safety fence around my pool. He did am amazing job !! It was a difficult task given the uneven flagstone around my pool. He showed up on time and worked very diligently and finished the job quickly! He cleaned up the whole area where he was working and it looked better than before he arrived ! He discussed the options I had and where to put the openings to accommodate the natural shape of the pool and for easy in and out access. I would highly recommend Don for installing pool fences. Very professional !

We are very happy with our new pool fence! Don was great to work with and the quality seems excellent (it’s only been one week). It took about 4 – 5 hours for him to install it. He was very informative. Before he began, we agreed on the exact layout and once he was finished, he walked us through basic operation of the new fence. The finished product looked better than I had imagined.

After moving in a new house with a pool I was worried about my four dachshund possibly falling in an drowning, especially because one of them is blind… the first evening the blind boy ran and fell in, thank goodness we were there to save him.
We called Don the next day, he came immediate and installed our fence, he is a nice, professional person that does awesome work.

Awesome service and product! Called Don and he was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone and scheduled service a few days later. The fence looks awesome! It’s actually way more transparent than I thought it would be. Really non-​intrusive and looks awesome (and safe).

I called Don on Wednesday and before sun down on Thursday, Don had our new fence installed. I consider myself a pretty handy person and did lots of research on pool fencing construction and installation. I knew there were lots of tricks of the trade (common sense, really) to putting up a good fence that doesn’t lean and doesn’t sag. I was really close to installing it myself but decided against it after receiving quotes from a couple of local SD companies. Watching Don install the fence, I am really glad I didn’t tackle it. I am quite certain, if I’m being honest, that we would be staring at a crooked and sagging fence right now. Don’s years of experience in practicality of fencing layout, its usage and of course installation really reflected in his knowledge and workmanship. While we were very much cognizant of aesthetics to minimize view blocking, Don was good about grounding our thoughts in child safety, our primary reason for the fence. Our odd shaped pool and glass yard fence posed a layout challenge. Don was patient to work with us to come up with a design that looked good but considered the sturdiness of the end product. While it would have been great to not have pool fence at all, we and our 3 year old (whom Don graciously accepted ‘help’ from during the install) are very happy with the product and service that Cal Viking delivered.

Don did an awesome job installing a pool fence in our backyard. He gave us an estimate using Google Earth and was actually able to come out the next day for the install. He was very knowledgeable and his layout suggestion actually saved us money by using less fencing. The fence material has been very durable and the visibility is great! I called this company after seeing their fence at Whole Dog Sports Center. We had a small job to close off a dog run, but Don happily agreed to do it. It has been almost a year since the installation and it still looks and works great. It needed a little adjusting after some settling, Don came back out quickly after sharing my concern with no hassle at all. He is a real pleasure to work with and we are pleased with the quality of product.

We needed a pool fence ASAP and Cal Viking came to the rescue. We just moved into a new house with a pool, and we have a very curious 2 year old. Don came and installed our new fence within a week so that we could safely use our backyard without worrying about our daughter falling in. We opted for the taller fence and so glad we did. You can really see through the fence to the pool, so the view is still great. I would highly recommend!

great job! Don was able to give me a pretty solid estimate by looking up my pool on google earth. I thought that was great! Most places won’t even give you an idea on a price unless they come out to see the pool first. You might be able to save a few dollars by going somewhere else but they will use cheap materials. The fence Don installs is made of very strong material and has a fantastic locking system to keep the KIDS SAFE! I highly recommend using CAL-​VIKING for your security fence

Awesome! Don was great over the phone in explaining everything and asking questions to determine what we wanted. He was flexible with our schedule since we needed to change our appointment due to tenting for termites. And when he showed up, he was courteous, professional, thorough, detail-​oriented and he put up a great looking fence! And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!!! What an amazing company! I wish in today’s society more companies operated with the work ethic and perfection as Don at Cal-​Viking. We had Don install our pool fence two years ago, the install went off with out a hitch and the gate was phenomenal. But, where we really learned the value of a quality installer was when we had to re-​install our fence after a remodel. Unfortunately, I hired another installer (only because he was available the next day) to install our fence on our brand new concrete. The install was so poor my kids could crawl under the fence and gate would not latch correctly. This horrible company came out again and tried to fix it-​they didn’t and drilled more holes. Not wanting any more holes in our new concrete and a safe gate for our kids we called Don. He came out that day and installed the gate the way it was supposed to be done-​perfect. He went out of his way to help us and fix our problem. My husband and I were jumping for joy when he fixed the «unfixable» gate. I wish we had another pool to install a gate on, cause this guy rocks!!!

What a caring, responsive company! Don was wonderful… we needed a pool fence ASAP, so we could have our grandson come live with us. Don understood the situation and immediacy. I called him on Saturday and he installed the fence on Monday. The fence looks better than I thought it would. Don was very careful in his measurements and cleaned up every speck of dust from the installation. The product and customer service were excellent!

Don is great! And his fence is amazing! After speaking on the phone and getting an estimate, Don came over and measured everything and installed it that day! His product is superior, and his rates are extremely competitive. His fence is truly the best in the business, and VERY transparent. Other companies were charging more for their «best» fence, and it is Cal Viking’s standard (I spoke with 2 other pool fence companies). We even had a bit of an obstacle with our existing leaning fence, but he knew what to do and secured the area. I have NO worries with our new fence and my 11 month old and 4 year old’s safety.
