Description

Specialties

We specialize in home cooked, delicious and reasonably priced Italian favorites such as lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, fettucine alfredo, ravioli, seafood pastas, meatballs and excellent pizzas. We offer lunch specials as well as dinner specials such as Pork tenderloin Milanese, Cioppino and Spinach filled Ravoli’s in a creamy gorgonzola sauce. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. When you dine at Volare, it’s as if you were dining with your long lost Italian relatives in their home. We cater to groups, families, and couples looking for a romantic evening out.

History

Established in 1978.

The Sanfilippo family came from Sicily in 1969. In 1978, two brothers (Alfio and Onofrio Sanfilippo) opened Volare. They worked together establishing the business until 1998 when Alfio and Onofrio decided to move back to Sicily. In order to keep the restaurant in the family, their sister Anna Sanfilippo took over. Since then, her kids, fellow family members, and long term employees continue keeping Volare a successfully family owned and operated business.
