I can never get them to answer their phone, this place has horrible customer service!

Delivery was late and food was warm at best. Cups of sauce were spilt everywhere and you can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I would give no stars if that was an option

Horrible delivery, never on time almost always an hour or more late, food cold and not worth buying from. Worst.

You aren’t given a delivery estimate BEFORE ordering, and once you get your hour and a half estimate there’s no way to call (because their phone doesn’t work apparently) and no option online to cancel/​switch to pick up. We went to the restaurant and were treated less than polite, and they claimed the delivery left half an hour ago when we were literally WAY less than 10 minutes away. Hope the pizza is good at least :(

Horrible food. Just absolutely horrible. They have a «restaurant» you can sit in inside. As I look to the floor I see crumbs of food. And the tabletops look like they haven’t been wiped off, very gross.
Also the little asian «waitress» (the only person that seems to work there) is very unprofessional, and very annoying.
Their fries taste like they haven’t changed the oil.
Their nachos aren’t even authentic; just canned cheese thrown with chips and frozen, reheated chicken.
Their «french dip» sandwich tastes like generic mystery meat and their store bought hoagie roll really doesn’t help it.
You get plastic silverware.
Their cheesecake tastes bland.
After I eat food from here, it makes me nauseous and sick. I believe a much needed visit from the health inspector is much needed.

Sometimes go in after a movie and have a Caesar Salad and wings. The salad is delicious and the wings are huge and plenty to share with my wife. Their pizza was pretty good too. Would go back and have all three over and over. Oh, the beer is not bad also. I like the crowd with whom I am sitting with. The U.S. Navy is the best in the world. Spoken by a true retired Chief Petty Officer.

Absolutely horrible service! My food arrived an hour and a half later than what I was told and they didn’t say anything about it. And the food wasn’t hot when it finally got here. When it was 30 minutes late I tried calling them and they never answered. I called multiple times. If there was something less than 1 star I would put it. I won’t ever use them again. The food wasn’t worth the wait!

Wth!!! Going on a 3 hour wait!!! Those drones won’t answer their damn phones and they purposely hung up without acknowledging my inquiries as to why they’re three hours overdue!!! Can’t even work to get a refund from those crooks!!! No notification or anything. I couldn’t give them less than one star but this should be a negative 5-​star review if it were possible! I doubt I’ll get my order for free to compensate for the ridiculous wait time!!!
Going on 4 hours now… They’ve probably given it away by now and pocketed the cash from whomever they sold it to while my card still gets charged. They’ve done it before… Still a negative 5 star review…
Well it’s 0645 the next day and still no pizza… They never came, no answer to their phones, still charged my card, and no compensation for poor service.

This place… oh man what can I say nice about this place?
Nothing.
The food is overpriced and under par. It’s like a snack bar at a bowling alley, but even some bowling snack bars can sometimes make decent food.
The service is often slow, but the absolute worst is the short woman who most of the time drops off the food to your table. I used to always say «thank you» when she drops off my food, but towards the end of the last few times I don’t even bother. Why? Because not only does she not even say «you’re welcome», but she doesn’t acknowledge you at all! She just grabs your number and walks off like a UPS guy dropping a package off at an empty house.
If this place had any sort of competition and wasn’t smack dab in the middle of a military base and instead was on the corner of a strip mall, it would be out of business in less than 6 months. I wish people would stop going here.
Also the soda machine runs out of ice often.

I feel so bad for the young sailors that eat here. Some duty days we get food ordered from here and id rather throw my money in the trash which how I feel when I eat this good. Complete garbage stay away.

Their delivery service is horrible, website doesn’t work, they never pick up the phones the multiple times me and my shipmates tried to call. Sucks they are the only place open on weekends for sailors. Food I have gotten while inside was ok at best. Nothing special or really worth the price. But hey, when you have a base full of hungry sailors, you’re going to have a good amount of business constantly. I do like the little rec room they have set up for sailors that live onboard and want to get off the ship for a bit.

This place never answers their phone and when they do, they are rude and the delivery time is over an hour. They are definitely taking advantage of the military people stuck on duty or without a car.

The only reason this place stays in business is because It’s the only option for a lot of military personnel working on the base. The Brew House has the ability to deliver directly to the ships on the waterfront making it very convenient for service members on duty. The food is terrible. The service is terrible. The delivery service takes FOREVER. The employees/​managing staff don’t care because they know they’ll keep getting business anyways. It’s sad.
Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

I like hanging out here, grab a drink and play some xbox, or watch a movie of your choice.

Save your money and pass this place up! I have ordered here two different occasions and both times I recieved raw chicked, once raw wings, now raw tenders. Gave them the benifit of the doubt the first time, so I went back today, YIKES! NEVER AGAIN! Since it was take out and my break ended I decided to call marge brown the manager, her response «no coudn’t be, our chicken is precooked, but ok next time you order we will refund you»… so I have to order food again to get a refund? No thanks, and their oil should be changed more often both times my fries were aweful!

Food is good, but very overpriced! Smells like they need to change their fryer oil! Yuck! Starbucks is okay at times, movie room is good too but gets crowded fast!
