I established Wellspring of Light in San Diego in August 2013, to provide Reiki services in East County and throughout the San Diego area.

Business Owner

During my 7 years in fast-​paced international finance in New York City, I began exploring techniques for stress management and relaxation, which led me to Reiki.

Reiki helped me to relax by balancing my energies with soothing light touch. Upon completing a session, I would feel as relaxed and peaceful as having had a massage, but without the soreness. As my experience and interest deepened in Reiki, I began to take classes that led to certification in Usui Reiki in 2012 and Karuna Reiki® in 2013.

In 2013, I established Wellspring of Light in San Diego, a warm and friendly community, to share the relaxation and stress management benefits with my clients.

I also support the local San Diego community through volunteer efforts with the San Diego Reiki Corps and Sharp HealthCare.
