So disappointed. The service is just getting aweful here. Drive thru orders of mine are constantly getting screwed up. My last trip, I ordered 3 four for $ 4 meals & a kids meal. Why do I go through all the trouble of getting the sauces for the nuggets ordered correctly only to get home and find ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCES in any of the bags. To top it off … I was missing a fry from a kids meal. Called back only to get the response of «We have a new Cashier» or «We have a new system» as well as «I’m tried of all the mistakes». Thanks Sergio for offering to replace my entire meal, but no thanks. I’m done with this place. So done.

the 5 stars is just for the spicy chicken sandwich. I forgot to get a fork for my salad and had to toss it, BUT the sandwich was the BOMB! i should have gotten 2 of them. And the cashiers were cute also.

Very sad because I usually like this Wendy’s & they have good customer service but tonight was just plain awful. Only the drive thru was open as I went around 10pm which is fine I ordered spicy nuggets & ghost pepper fries when I drove away I realized they gave me regular fries I really wanted the ghost pepper fries & the store was closed so I went back through & told them & they gave me my correct fries & let me keep the original ones then I got home to realize they gave me a mix of spicy nuggets & regular nuggets which was really annoying I went through the drive thru twice you would think they could get it together at least tell me hey we don’t have enough spicy nuggets is it ok if I mix it up. If you go make sure to check your order before driving away.

If you are in a hurry, this is THE place. I’ve never seen such fast service from a fast food place. I’ve ordered here many times and without anybody in front of me, I have my food in less than a minute. No kidding, LESS than a minute. Even when I ask for no catsup or tomato. Friendly, fast, and they can count change in their head which is rare at a fast food drive thru these days. I highly recommend them if speed is what you need.

I’m really upset. The service at the drive thru was awesome. The burger I ordered was awful! I was so excited to eat this Bacon Portobello mushroom melt hamburger. I’ve ordered it in the past (different location) when I got home I open up the package and was disappointed to find a really dry burger with no cheese sauce and 3 pieces of mushroom thrown in there. What?! What happen to the burger? Was someone too tired to put it together. Very sad @ $ 5 I’d rather go somewhere else next time. :(

Wow what incredible service. I was still getting my money ready and I see my drink at the window. Both of the service people were great, the order was ready in unbelievable time with smiles on their faces. I love the new pulled pork sandwich, hopefully, it will stay on the menu. As always, the chili is great with xtra onions.

Fast service but about ¼ of the time they screw up our order. The male drive-​thru order takers have also been very rude lately. They don’t greet you when you arrive at the window, and they don’t thank you before you leave. Basically they throw your food at you and walk away. The older employees are all very nice and get 5 stars. The younger male employees act like they hate their job and are very rude. If there was another Wendy’s close by we’d probably start going there.

Hi!!! I am here at my local Wendys!!! I am eating my 10 piece chicken Mcnuggets Combo with fries and a small drink. It is nice and cool inside here. They have 2 tvs. YES Wendys has 2 restrooms. The cashier guy is very nice. The rest of the staff are nice too!!! The location is here in San Carlos calif. This is a great place to eat!!!

Your food is over cooked or cold, no in between! The order is rushed, like the food has been sitting there ready before you even figured out what you wanted. And for this service, it’s too expensive!

I’m not coming back. I drove thru the drive thru, gave my order twice slowly and in clear spoken English, (no tomato or mayo), she repeats it back to me. So I’m thinking I am paying for what I asked for, I didn’t. I get home and it has tomato with mayo.
I immediately call the store and after being transferred to three different people, I found out the manager is not working and no-​one knows when she will be back.
…and they want a pay raise?
I quit, I won’t be back.

The customer service at this location sucks! I’m just asking for some ketchup! They really try to rush you through at drive through. I understand being fast and effective but it’s at the point where it is extremely annoying. Food is good.

My family and I like coming here sometimes. The staff is very friendly, prices are great, and food is decent. I enjoy their salads and their dressings are low calorie and taste great.

We’re still coming here and loving it. Updated to 5 stars. The staff is consistently friendly, especially Litha and the food is consistently delicious.
My daughter is a picky girl and they make her a blt with cheese. Never do they question or hum and ha about her special order.
I always get the Jr cheeseburger deluxe or the double stack and add lettuce and tomato from the value meal. Their meat is seasoned perfectly, veggies are fresh and crisp. Love their ice tea too! Fries are always fresh and tossed with sea salt. Prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is kept very clean too.

Corporate fast food connotes defeat of curiosity. But I had a gift card. I ordered something called an Asiago Homestyle Chicken Club. My order was based on my curiosity about what «asiago» was doing all over their signage. Well, they should make it duplicitously synonymous with Kraft’s Caesar Dressing. Maybe they should have a cartoon character named Asiago. Wear two patches.
While eating this salt-​subsumed monstrosity, working mightily to not retch from the factory-​smelted chicken texture, I got the sense that this is what folks find agreeable. Thus, my score. I guess I’m an elitist.

If memory serves me correctly this was one of those joints where the customers don’t have access to the soda fountain. That is a bummer. Food was what you would expect from Wendy’s. Guy manning the counter was either having an out of body experience or was under the influence. Maybe both.

My mother and I stopped by here to have their Asiago Chicken Sandwiches. I had the crispy country one and she had the grilled one. We also shared a medium fry.
My sandwich was very good.
chicken breading had a very nice crunch, and the all white meat breast was very tender. The bacon, asiago, tomatoes, and lettuce all went very well. The mother sandwich was a clone of mine, but her chicken breast was grilled. It was very good as well. The french fries were good but nothing spectacular.
The service was very good and friendly. This particular location was very clean at the time of out visit.
