Dr Wolff is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. You can tell he loves his job. I have been a patient for over 25 years. Drive from North County, he helped me through a dental emergency years ago.

Dr Wolff and his staff were welcoming and comforting. We took my son there after an accident where he cracked his two front teeth, not only are they great people but he did a great job bonding my son’s teeth to give him his beautiful smile back. My son felt so comfortable and he said he didn’t even feel the shots and was happy that Dr Wolff explained what he was doing the whole time so he knew what to expect. I would highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Wolff has been a great dentist. I have been completely satisfied with the services from him and the hygienists at the office and I have been going there since 2002. The staff are fun, professional, very knowledgable, and do a great job. The office is very clean and set up well. Thanks!

I just got my teeth cleaned a few days ago and thought that I would write a review.
I love Dr. Wolff. He is honest and kind. I never really valued that until I had a change in insurance coverage and switched to another dentist office. Long story short: I came back to Dr. Wolff. So if the dentist is not your favorite go here, he can make it bearable!

A friend referred Dr. Wolff because I was interested in Invisilign. I LOVE my own dentist of 25+ years, and making a change was unthinkable. Dr. Wolff’s office has been friendly, efficient, and skilled — I am impressed. Top it off with Dr. Woff’s wacky sense of humor and my only quandary will be deciding whether to go back to my previous dentist after the Invisilign treatment is completed!

Randy Wolff is awesome and I should have written this review long ago. He and his staff saved me in not just one but two emergencies and went beyond the call of duty. One was when I lost a veneer on Saturday and was scheduled to speak at a business meeting on Monday, he came in on the weekend to fix me up (not once but twice). He matched my veneer perfectly. The office is efficent and friendly and I will be forever grateful for their services.

I am fully, 100% satisfied with the service I have been receiving from Dr. Wolff and staff for the past couple of years. As long as I’m living in San Diego, I vow to never see another dentist! Dr. Wolff is personable and genuinely cares about his patients. The hygienists that have cleaned my teeth have all been great as well. Everyone is just so lovely here!

Dr Randy Wolff is… well, obsessed with dentistry. This man and his staff are phenomenal!
It all started with a dental cleaning by the dental hygienist. She must be some kind of savant (sans the idiot), her obsessive nature dug out every last bit of tartar and plaque, thank god she doesn’t perform colonoscopies.
The Doc himself was more patient and than any other I’ve ever been to, and I am 44yrs old. He conducts himself with professionalism and a dash of humor, but most importantly views it as his divine duty to educate the patient in detail about procedures, dental hygiene, and the particularities of the individual’s very own unique word hole. If you like to ask questions and be informed like me this man is better than Google (when it comes to dental questions) and much more intuitive.
So to sum it up, Dr Randy Wollf is awesome sauce… and yes I realize I’m too old to use the phrase «awesome sauce».

I have been seeing Dr. Wolff for more than 10 years and have referred many people to him for dental care. He is professional and meticulous in the treatment he provides. I had a bit of a dental emergency today, and got right in for an appointment. Dr. Wolff diagnosed the problem, and once again provided excellent, compassionate care. His staff is also wonderful — very welcoming and courteous. He has also taken care of my kids, and they both love him. I highly recommend him — he is excellent at what he does, and does not hesitate to refer to a specialist (such as an endodontist or oral surgeon) when necessary. He is committed to ensuring his patients receive the best care possible, most of which he can provide himself, but he is not arrogant enough to take on every type of care — extremely important trait! Dr. Wolff is the best!!!

If there was a nobel prize for dentistry, Dr. Wolff should get it. Most knowledgeable — always involved in continuing education in the latest technology. He cares… he wants the best outcome as much as the patient does, and he doesn’t settle for less. His skill even goes beyond knowledge when necessary… when i’ve had a «mystery» toothache for which there is no rational explanation, Dr. Wolff’s intuitive skills kick into gear and save the day, and the tooth! His staff also must be mentioned — best ever — Teresa, office administrator, knows her stuff, Bertha, assistant extraordinaire, Denise, who takes cleaning teeth to a new level, and everyone else who adds such support to this highly skilled, friendly, family oriented office. It’s been 10 years and i wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else with my teeth.

This is the place and this is your man! The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Very minimal waiting time, I am always greeted by name when I walk through the door and every staff member has a smile. The office is very clean and they have all of the newest high tech equipment. And now the best part! Dr. Wolff… this is a man who cares about you and your health! Dr. Wolff is kind, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He really cares about his patients as well as his staff. They office made special arrangements to get all of my work done quickly without pain or discomfort and all at reasonable rates and worked with me on a three month payment plan.
THIS TEAM IS THE BEST!

Five Star! Great dentist and friendly staff. Will come back for more. Great service. My wife and I have been in for cleanings and dental work. Both satisfied– if you can say that and dentist in the same sentence. I still have flashbacks from dentist as a child, but Randy has broken my stigma of dentists. And raised the bar, of course!

Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a gentle, awesome dentist. Dr Wolff also taught me how to floss properly, been doing it 2 x’s a day for the past month and it’s made the biggest difference in my gums. Ask for Nicolette when you call and tell her Rick sent you!

I was referred to Dr. Randy Wolff from my friend Lane. I made an appointment to see Dr. Wolff about a year ago, and I’ve been back at his office about 2 – 3 times since for the regular/​cleaning routine.
The facility is very clean and well kept. I like how the bathrooms are always stocked with floss, toothpaste, tissue, soap, etc. — all the good stuff for your teeth, and it smells good. I guess I have a thing against establishments with grimey restrooms, so this was a plus for me.
The staff all seem attentive and the one thing that they do is REMIND you of your appointment (Good to have reminders… especially for the dentist!). I kid you not, this is the first dental office where I’ve been to that will email you to notify you of your up coming appointment, and then! you also get a nice phone call the day before just to check in to remind you again. Make sure you call back to re schedule if you can’t make it because there is a no show charge.
Ok, the final thing that sets this place apart is… FLOSSING!
Seriously, I have never been to a dental office where they actually sit with you in front of the mirror to demonstrate the «right» way to floss– kinda scary when you know what the right way to floss looks like but needed!
They dental hygienist all seem to do a good job at cleaning my teeth– i’ve had a different person clean each time I come in – they seem to work extra hard to get the yucky/​nasty stuff out, ewwww… ! They also remind you to floss and they tell you which areas you should focus on most when flossing because they’re cleaning your teeth, and they can tell which areas of your teeth you’ve been neglecting! Anyways, after you’re all done with the cleaning, the hygienist will floss your teeth and send you off with a bag of goodies! yay! I feel good about my clean teeth!

Dr. Wolff has a team of wonderful people. He is a great dentist who will not rush a job to get you out of his office a does find the perfect solution to your dental issues. He works with you in regards to your time and your money to help you. I am so thankful for him and Bertha (his assistant). They have spent nearly two years helping me with a very bad issue that another dentist created. And for this, I am grateful.

My family and I are new patients of Dr. Wolff, but we are treated like we’ve been seeing him for years and years. We had avoided dental care for too long, but I’m so, so, so happy we found him. He and his office staff are amazingly friendly, patient, compassionate, and dedicated to making dental appointments a comfortable, pain-​free, positive experience. My daughter is particularly afraid of dentists and pain, but Dr. Wolff and his staff have taken extra time to reassure her and ensure her comfort. Appointments are easy to schedule, and we never wait longer than a minute or two once we arrive for an appointment. I wish I’d found him years ago, and I do not hesitate recommending Dr. Wolff to anyone!

Dr. Wolff is amazing – hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My jaw is pretty messed up and so going to the dentist has always been a painful ordeal for me and I’ve never been able to get anything done without being under general anesthesia. Dr. Wolff is very in tune with my special needs and has made going to the dentist a pleasant (and often entertaining) experience. He was able to work around my jaw issues and get a ton of work done in my mouth while I was completely conscious, which was amazing to me. I highly recommend him!

I went to Dr. Wolff because he was recommended as a dentist who took exceptional care of anxious patients. This was not my experience. After two visits and two lengthy phone conversations with him, he scheduled me for what I was told would be the beginning of my treatment. Instead, when I got there HE WANTED TO TALK SOME MORE. I told him I thought we were getting my teeth charted for insurance purposes so that we could begin the treatment I so desperately need. I told him I preferred to do that, and required nitrous for the shots that would be necessary. He told me in an extremely loud voice which carried the length of his office that «nitrous was for children» and he didn’t use it. When I told him that was the first question I asked his staff before ever scheduling an appointment and they assured me he does, he said «oh they don’t know — I’ve never told them I don’t use it». This is supposedly a staff that has worked with him for years. In the meantime, his three or four year old daughter was playing in and out of the examination rooms and the rest of the staff was walking up and down the hallway peering into the cubicle I was in. The only professional in his office is Dora, one of his clinicians, who was so very empathetic and did her best to alleviate my embarrassment and fear. Ultimately, he refused to give me anything at all before probing my mouth (although he did state he could «render me unconcious with halcyon») and I had no choice but to leave. He lied to me about his method of treatment and squeezed two visits, a FULL (and I mean full) set of xrays, and a visit to a dentist buddy of his without ever actually doing any work of any kind on my mouth. Additionally, he embarrassed and bullied me while I was there because I insisted on getting something for anxiety and pain (something he is supposed to specialize in) before letting him work.
I wouldn’t recommend him to an enemy — much less to someone I wanted to remain friends with.

I’ve gone to Dr. Wolff since before I had my wisdom teeth removed and he’s awesome. Unfortunately I don’t have insurance anymore so I go to a Clinic now rather than a private practice, but if if I ever get dental coverage again I’ll be back so fast.
