Xavier was terrific — one of the best realtors that I’ve ever seen. The San Diego housing market is tough, and we made 9 offers, and saw countless houses, before we successfully purchased one. Xavier patiently arranged showings and created offers for us. No pressure, no attempts to convince us to spend more than we were comfortable with. He did, however, provide advice on negotiation strategy, and followed up on absolutely every last detail.
Since we were living 150 miles north of San Diego, we really appreciated Xavier’s flexibility in showing us properties on evenings and weekends. One Sunday, we looked at several houses, and then saw another that we liked on our way out of town. Xavier drove back to meet us for the 2^nd time that day so we could see the last house. He was also incredibly responsive by email; I typically got responses within 15 – 30 minutes.
