It’s our families 7^th purchase from Troy, we began our relationship over 8 years ago and I have always come back because Troy knows his product! He takes time to listen to a customers needs and always finds the perfect fit! Thank you so much for ANOTHER AMAZING BED! I really did come in today and about to SLEEP BETTER TONIGHT!

Spoke to Ray really nice guy. I got the price that I wanted. Got a California king bed. They even price match other competitors. The manager is really nice. Highly recommend this place.

We have been customers for many years and had the great pleasure in getting to meet Troy. We have four children and they are almost grown and we have purchased all our beds from Troy. He takes the time to educate us in what we are looking for and then takes us to the area that would how it be the best fit. We have always and continue to trust him in his suggestions. Great and no hassle. I’ve been there twice and it’s great service. Only place to buy a mattress in town. They were so friendly and delivered on time and set it up.

My husband and I were interested in replacing our queen-​sized mattress in our coach/​motorhome. We had previously purchased a Comfortpedic from Bedtime Mattress and More for home and missed this same very high-​level of comfort while vacationing in our RV. Troy hooked us up with an IMaxx gel and memory foam mattress. During our first weekend out at the beach we climbed into bed and both slept for an incredible 14 hours!!! Because we both typically sleep 6 – 7 hours nightly, we were shocked and chalked it up to us probably having needed more rest than we realized. Even more amazing was that on night two we slept for 12 hours before awakening once!!! We couldnt get over having just experienced two of the most comfortable and restful nights of sleep ever — including all of the 4 – 5 star hotels we’ve stayed in. we can’t get over it!
I wish I had known about this mattress sooner. It will knock your socks off!!!

I was in great need of a quality firm queen mattress for my motorhome. I had been price comparing for several days when I happened to see Bedtime Mattress as I was driving by. I went in and was immediately warmly greeted by Ray. I explained my budget was quite limited and that the mattress would be going into a motorhome. Within 15 minutes I made my purchase of a Therapeutic Firm queen mattress that was easy on my wallet, but not lacking in quality. The day I installed the mattress in my motorhome I decided to lay on it for a bit and fell asleep for two hours. I was so impressed with the overall quality, that after awakening I drove back to Bedtime Mattress to rave to Ray about how thrilled I was with the mattress he had sold me. I even mentioned to Ray that he probably didn’t expect to be seeing me again so soon. Anyway, before leaving I purchased two queen sized Noodle Memory Pillows. I have no doubt I will become a repeat customer…

The first time I went in it was pleasantly. I Went in today to get an exchange on an item that I was told I was able to exchange and Troy kept talking over me and insisting that my bed was the wrong size. He was super rude and loud. Very ignorant. He was also talking to his employe Ray like crap. He needs an attitude adjustment if he was wants to continue getting business there.

This place is very deceiving, they are excellent sales people talked us into a layaway plan for a mattress more expensive then we were looking at and assured us that we could take as long as we needed to pay it off. We took about 9 months and would always walk in and pay in person the payments and always were assured it was fine no problem blah blah blah then when we finally were ready for the «free delivery» of high end lovely mattress deal that we were so lucky to get, the free delivery was busy for over a week kept putting us off and we live so close we could’ve wheeled it home on a dolly which we finally did because the delivery was always busy and ignored us and were even really short and rude with my husband and when we finally got the mattress it was a different one cheaper not as nice and we got all kinds of excuses why the one that was supposedly on layaway for us was gone and one of the main reasons was that we took long to pay it off!!! Unbelievable all the reassuring and coercion and bam we get screwed on delivery and even more screwed with a crappy not even close to the original mattress such crap!!! I would rather go to Ikea Atleast you know when your getting a cheap mattress and you pay less, this was such trickery they create a lovely illusion with the salesman till its time to pick up so fake!!!

Ray is a nice guy, he was very direct and helpful he wrote us up a quote which was very helpful when referencing back what mattress I wanted to buy. Best employee there!

Great mattress store that really strives to provide good customer service. Ray even answered all of our questions after the store was closed and we didn’t realize the time because he didn’t rush us at all. Just genuine good service that is hard to find these days. Definitely will buy our next mattress here!

I visited my parents in Rancho and they needed a new mattress so we checked out a few and ended up buying from this store. Troy was really helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly he spent time with us, made us try different types of beds and did not pressure us as all. I recommend this place if you love around the area because I don’t. Thanks

Just purchased two matresses and pillows. Ill be back for another mattress. Ray absolutely provided stellar service. I walked into two other stores and walked out totally disappointed. Bed time was a referral and I am so glad I walked in. Ray answered all my questions in detail without rushing me. He knew my concerns and did not try to sell me something he wanted me to buy, instead listened to me which is rare. That is a huge plus. He knows his products well. Thanks Ray for taking the time to make sure I walked out a happy customer.

After having a very uncomfortable several night’s sleep it became very apparent my husband and I needed a new mattress, so we decided to drop by. Now, most of the time I think of mattress shopping with all of the joy of car shopping so I was not looking forward to it. However, I was so pleasantly surprised!
We were greeted immediately upon entry and helped out by Troy. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I typically don’t think about my mattress any farther than sleeping on it and changing the bedding but we had an extremely informative and comprehensive conversation and he was able to match us up with the *perfect* mattress for the varying needs for both my husband and I. Our new mattress is AWESOME! The process was completely painless, the price couldn’t be beat, and the product is top notch. What’s not to love?

Such a great experience at this store the first time so we came back again 3 weeks later to buy again. Troy is a great manager and makes the process so easy and spends time explaining the differences between the selections. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for a mattress.

I have always been skeptical of sales men but I really needed a mattress. I looked at other places and there were no reasonable prices and high delivery fees. Then my mom suggested Bedtime Matress. So I went and it was the best decision ever.
Troy was the associate who helped me. He was completely knowledgeable about the beds I was interested in from the springs to the memory foam. He was able to work with me on every level from price range to self pick up. He even looked up my bed frame to make sure I would be happy of how my bed would fit. I went with a visco kids full.
I am definitely a returning customer when i move out to a new home!

Not pushy, very straight forward. Do not try to push the most expensive options — actually the opposite. Got a very nice split Cal-​King with the adjustable base from BeautyRest. Could not be happier — wish I had done it earlier.

Dealt with Danny today, great salesman. After looking around and laying down of several mattresses county wide for the last few months, we finally broke down and went into this store after reading the positive reviews.
Let me just say that my wife and I are thrilled. We broke down and purchased the Simmons Black Beauty Brooklyn model and let me tell you, it’s definitely well worth it. You do get what you pay for.
