Business Owner

I worked building cities like Temecula and Escondido in the 80’s as a non union electrician. Then I joined I.B.E.W. 569 San Diego, Ca in 1991. It was always a dream of an electrician to finally crawl out of the dirt of construction sites. I did finally after 12 years of hands on construction wiring. I moved to England, Oxford in the early 90’s and while there I enrolled in college and studied Building Surveying. I also worked for the DSS as an Electrical Distribution Inspector. Traveling all over England and Scotland, testing electrical panels and living in B and B’s. I returned to the U.S. after many years and went to night school Coastline College, Garden Grove. Building Inspection Technology was the major. I graduated then I worked for other people before I decided to work for myself. I saw the need for a real certified building inspector in the field of home inspections. There were no certified building inspectors in this field. CERT#8670 FHA/​HUD I.D. #S072
