Sanders Lock & Key

Ok. Where do I start. My wife and I purchased a new home and needed to change out all the locks at the property. Needless to say my old standby company Sanders wasn’t available, so my wife and I decided to give ²⁴⁄₇ Security Systems a shot. This was probably the worst decision, and I’ve made many, in my life. From the time the technician arrived at 12 noon, until the time he and his boys left at Midnight, yes you heard it right Midnight, it was a fiasco, and one excuse after another.
They damage my locks. Placed locks on gates where they shouldn’t have been and made my wife’s and I evening a nightmare. The following day I contacted Sanders and explained my situation. They said no worries, we will take care of the problem. Michael Melton arrived, and immediately I knew he was going to right a wrong. He quickly assessed the situation and went to work. His professionalism and knowledge were second to none. Even though he said it would take approximately four hours to complete the job, he finished in one and a half hours. Fantastic. Plus, he gave us some very valuable safety tips on security. If my wife and I could give him (12) stars we would… Michael thank you very much. I was locked out of my car today. Frustrated and irritated that my daughter locked the keys in the car. I called Sanders towing about 6:45 PM and Armando was there by 7:05. Not only was he there quickly, but he was very friendly and efficient. Thank you Armando again for your services. I so appreciated it!

I had problems with my front door lock and was referred to Sanders by a neighbor who had said very positive things about them. I could not be more pleased with their services. The scheduler (Tammy) was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The day of the appointment she kept me up to date on the technician’s arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. When the technician/​lock smith (Chris) arrived, he was courteous, efficient and exceptionally skilled at making and testing the necessary repairs. Like I said, I simply could not be more pleased with the services received. They’re the best! They were simply outstanding from start to finish.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place. They are so nice and helpful. I lost my purse for about a week and so needed to get a key replaced. They looked up my car and let me know I would need a key with a chip in it and gave me a quote. It was much cheaper than other places had told me and they had great reviews so I gave them a shot. (they also let me know I could get a discount with AAA which I didn’t have at the time but that was nice of them) I called as soon as I could on a Friday morning and they gave me a time frame to wait and the guy actually showed up even sooner than that. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to me as he was doing it. He tried a non-​chip key and explained how it would open the car but not start it. The whole process was quick and painless and I drove away with my new key.
I later found my purse and my keys (very frustrating), but I called and asked them if they could program my old key to match my new one and they said yeah to bring it on in. They did it for free and it only took about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend.
Also I called several times over the week asking about prices and such and everyone was super nice and remembered me when I called.

Had to call AAA when I locked my remote in the trunk of my Cadillac CTS Coupe after going grocery shopping. AAA said it would take about an hour to get someone to assist. Let me just say, Sanders updated me and it only took about 15 mins, if that. Armando showed up and was awesome! He made me feel at ease that he was going to unlock my car so that my daughter & I can go home with the groceries we just bought. He was able to figure a way to unlock the car since the doors & doorknobs of the vehicle aren’t like any other cars out there. Soooo pleased with the services!

Sanders quoted me $ 245.00 for a lost key replacement because the key had a sensor and they would need the truck. The truck was within Sanders regular service area so I placed the call to AAA stating Sanders price. AAA called Sanders to confirm price and Sanders increased the price by $ 100.00 + dollars. I called back Sanders and they told me there was an additional charge for the location. I reminded them it was within their regular service area and regular work hours. When they arrived to the truck it in fact was not a key with a sensor and took them a total of 8 minutes to complete the job. Beware.

Today I accidentally locked my key of the car and all my stuff into the car. I was so scared and so down! but luckily I called Sander Lock&Key INC, they came really fast and the person who came is call Michael. his staff number is 133, he is a politely person and so smart too, he unlocked my car within 15 minutes and he had so much experience. If you need any help you guys should definitely ask Michael to help becauseHe is really kind and respectful! He is really good at unlocking stuff

Mike, Driver #132, assisted me with getting back into my vehicle and a jump. Mike was professional, courteous, and helpful! I was totally satisfied with the service provided and would gladly do business with Sanders in the future.

I locked my keys in the trunk of my classic 1957 Ford Fairlane. I called AAA and they sent out Sanders Lock and Key. The tech, Michael #133 arrived at my house within the time given and went right to work making a key by hand to unlock my trunk. Michael is very good at his job and in a short time opened my trunk. This was NO EASY task on older cars. He is a very courteous employee, professional and patient as I was looking over his shoulder. I want to thank AAA, Sanders Lock & Key and especially Michael for the expert service. I will always use Sanders and request Michael in the future. Great job!!!

Sanders is always there when you need them. The owner cares about his customers and the employees follow his footsteps. Last night I was locked out of my house and Mike came out in a hurry to get me back into my house. Not only was he an expert in picking the most difficult locks, he was friendly and clean. They also accept credit cards which was convenient. As a AAA member, they gave me a discount for showing my card (I didn’t get free service because I don’t pay AAA for home lockout coverage which I knew). I recommend this company as a local business that supports their community. Thank you!

AAA and Sanders to the rescue. I am so forgetful and locked my key in the car. Armando showed up within the time frame I was given by the operator and he was in and out! One of the nicest people with a big smile and warm and genuine personality! Very funny guy, too! He relieved my stress not only by getting me into my car but also by making me laugh in the process! Kudos to Sanders for hiring such a nice gentleman!

I knew I was in trouble when my key would not turn in the ignition of my 03 Avalanche. Called AAA and they recommended SANDERS. They were out in about 30 minutes and fixed it for the price agreed upon. Professional and courteous. A few days later I needed a locksmith again for rekeying 2 locks on a building my company is moving into. Once again, quick, professional service with the agreed upon price.

The other day my friend locked his keys in his car, Armando not only got to his house in a few minutes but he unlocked the car in literally a second. I asked how long it would take and he replied with I’m already done haha he was also so sweet and so helpful!

Today, Armando really helped my boyfriend with his spare tire. All the bolts were super tight due to them being put on with an automatic gun but, with his strength, he used the cross and overturned all the bolts. This guy really saved my day and a trip to Pep Boys. Would recommend this driver to everyone.

My business rear door lock was having issue, I thought someone attempted to break in and caused the issue. Called many places and Sander’s quote was reasonable and they have parts ready can come at same day. At the appointment time, the technician Michael show up with the fancy work truck and took a look of my door. He told me that those signs of previous attempt break in was before the building repainted because paint is over it, it makes sense. He also told me that I have the best commercial lock and it is not necessary to change it or add a latch guard. All I need is oil the lock because the wear. He is very knowledgeable explained to me about the building code and difference of lock. He is honest and explained thoroughly. He did not charge me any fee either. I would highly recommend them and use them for my future lock need.
