Dr. Patel did an absolutely an excellent job on my root canal! He was very informative, professional, and thorough from explaining it before hand, while performing it, and after showing me the work that had been done on the X-​rays. I will definitely recommend anyone to him and his staff who were also very kind. We greatly appreciate a professional that our hard earned finances go to! I also drove about 20 – 30 minutes to his office but it was well worth it and would continue driving out there for this kind of great work!

This is the 4^th time I’ve driven from dtla to San Dimas and I’d do it again. The office is clean and top of the line. The staff is professional and always on time! Dr. Patel is nice and makes sure your comfortable. He always makes sure you are getting exactly what you need. I’ve gone to him thinking I needed a root canal only to find out my tooth wasn’t the problem (I had a sinus infection). Today my referral form had the wrong tooth circled, not only did he not bad mouth my dentist he showed me why he determined a root canal was needed on the other/​correct tooth.
After learning I needed a root canal I asked him if he could squeeze me in the same day. He said «yes but have you ate?» When I said no he gave me a suggestion of places to eat in the area so I wouldn’t go hungry. Then he asked his staff to call me when he was almost done with his other appt. I got a call 35 min later!
As with my other visits we go over billing first, nothing is a surprise. Im told exactly how much my insurance covers and if I’ve met my deductible.
At procedure time: I felt relaxed by the scent of stress free aroma sprayed on my bib. He made sure to explain every step of the procedure and what I would feel (tools and pressure levels). It made for a pain free procedure I definately appreciate after having a toothache for over a week. He was even careful to save my cap, saving me money!
It’s now 3 hours since my root canal and as the numbness began to ware off I felt some discomfort but I took 2 Tylenol and that fixed it. He suggested ibuprofen 600 for the next couple days but so far I don’t need it.
Overall 5 stars: great customer service, timeliness, positive, clean, painless and they use advanced technology to measure the length of the root.

Came in today as a referral from my doctor, drove 1.5 hours from riverside in traffic and I still think the doctor was worth it ! Had a root canal done and I didn’t feel a thing! Great friendly staff as well. I would recommend to anyone !

Dr. Patel took me in at 10 min. till closing, with an emergency. I was in a lot of pain. He has a calming demeanor and I am terrified of dentists. During my procedure, he never once hurt me. His office staff are awesome/​sweet. Very efficient! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr Patel by Dr Zevari for a consultation on an infected tooth which required re-​treatment of a root canal and Was in much pain. Dr Patel Was kind enough to see me before officially opening and explained exactly what I would need and very understanding with my intense fear of dentists. Because of the infection I had to have two visits to complete the root canal and was very satisfied with both visits. Dr Patel made the experience a positive one! I will be recommending him to everyone. He has a great staff and the most amazing office!!!

I was referred to Dr. Patel by Valerie at Lone Hill Dental, she said i’ll be in good hands and boy was she right! Dr. Patel is just amazing, if I could give 10 stars I would! He is so very nice and explains to you whats going on and has a very soft touch, I did not feel a thing when I got my root canal done. I really feel he went above and beyond to give me a great experience. The office is very nice all the workers are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had such a great experience dealing with my teeth until now!

I could not be more pleased with the services of Dr. Patel. Nine years ago, my now-​17 year old daughter broke her front tooth by horsing around on a swimming pool slide. The tooth was repaired (bonded) but evidently the root has died. Daughter was referred to Dr. Patel for testing the nerve and had to have a root canal. Dr. Patel was so calm, GENTLE, and thorough with his explanations about what he needed to do and why. Should we ever need a trip to the endontist, we will return.

Dr. Patel saved one of my molars. I initially went to another endodontist for a root canal, and after ten visits he gave up and said he couldn’t fix it. I wanted a second opinion and went to Dr. Patel, and I’m very grateful I did. During the consultation he thoroughly explained the options and pros and cons such as the costs involved. He said he thought he could probably fix it, but if not the tooth would need to be extracted. I went ahead and made an appointment for Dr. Patel to try to fix it.
The procedure was very long, over two hours, probably since Dr. Patel had to clean up everything the previous endodontist did and redo it all. Root canals are not pleasant but Dr. Patel and his assistants did their best. The only minor complaint I can think of about the procedure is that everyone was silent most of the time. Personally I like to know what is going on while I’m undergoing a dental procedure. But I realize he may prefer silence to help concentrate.
In the end the root canal was a complete success! No follow-​up visit was required. Dr. Patel found a root that the previous endodontist completely missed. It may be due to better technique or better technology, or a combination thereof. Besides that, the cost was slightly cheaper than what the previous endodontist wanted to charge. I’m covered by two dental plans (one through my employer and one through my spouse’s) and there was zero out of pocket cost.
I hope to never need another root canal, but if I do I will definitely go see Dr. Patel again. I highly recommend him!

Who would believe you could fall asleep during a root canal procedure? In the capable hands of Dr. Patel and his staff, I was able to relax and let him take care of my tooth as I melted into his soft, comfortable chair.
He has all the hi-​tech, state of the art equipment to do an excellent job treating infected teeth. With his specialized equipment, nothing is left to guesswork and you can rest assured your procedure will be done correctly… the first time.
In my case, my tooth was successfully treated, sealed and filled in an hour! I had no pain and was back to normal the next day!
I have had pedicures that took longer, and were more uncomfortable than this root canal!
I highly recommend Dr. Patel at Arrow Endodontics and will tell anyone I know to seek his expert opinion if you think you need a root canal.

Dr Patel was fantastic. I was recommended to him by my dentist Dr Zaveri in Upland. I went in for re-​treatment of an old (infected) root canal. Thankfully he was able to save my tooth by retreating it. He was also very open with his schedule and came into the office early at 7:30a. He worked around my schedule, which we were very thankful for.
