Meet the Business Owner
Jolyn T.
Business Owner
Her Passion for cooking began after High School as she attended the Academie D’Art Culinaire De Paris (CSCA) in Pasadena, California.
After completing courses in Baking, Restaurant Management, and Nutrition. Jolyn recieved her degree and pursued her career, as she became Assistant Sous Chef at The Pond of Anaheim and Angel stadium in 2002. Jolyn brings a variety of restaurant experience including Pastry Chef, Partner and Head Chef for Black Tie and Blue Jeans catering, she has experience serving as the General Manager of Route 66 Café and her most recent work as the General Manager of Nordstrom Café — Portland, Oregon.
