This place is amazing! Kirk always does a great job, and since using them I haven’t had any issues. I will say the first month and a half our little spiders returned, but he came out a little early to fix the issue (we’re on an every other month plan). Ever since then they haven’t reappeared! We also followed the directions when it comes to our dogs and cat to keep them away until it dries, and our babies have had no issues with the treatment used. They make everything easy, and we couldn’t be happier with our service!

Phenomenal and outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Versatech for any possible pest control/​elimination. We had bugs in our office show up occasionally… Called Jason from Versa-​Tech and after a short while they were all gone. We had another incident, but this time it was with bees. I called Jason again, although he was swamped and super busy that day, he still came by in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised that he truly cares. Our huge ordeal once again was handled.

I am SO thankful I found Versa-​Tech! Have you heard of an insect called springtails? If not, look them up. They are tiny tiny little things that don’t bite but will jump when they feel threatened if anything they’re more of a nuisance. About two weeks ago I was in my kitchen when I dropped something and as I was reaching down for it I noticed these tiny little bugs crawling around. I called one of those big pest companies the next day and they came out to get rid of the insects I had in my house… so I thought! Two days after I called again saying that I still see lots of them crawling around they told me the insects are just reacting to the chemical and that it should take a few days for them to be completely gone. A few days! I thought I was going to go crazy! Whenever I was in my kitchen I had to watch my step because I didn’t want these things crawling on me. I gave them a few more days until I called AGAIN and this time they decided to send their supervisor out, which was a complete waste of time. He kept blaming the environment and how the weather is so dry… He even apologized that they couldn’t do anything more for me.
As soon as he left I found versa-​tech online and read all the helpful reviews on Unilocal.I called right away and Jason answered the phone. He seemed very knowledgable about the annoying insects I had crawling around and made me feel that he would do anything he can to help get rid of them for me. He scheduled a day to come out and inspect and from there scheduled another day to come treat the springtails. I heard those bugs are difficult to get rid of and many companies dread treating them, but versa-​tech got rid of them right away. Those springtails like moisture and I was so impressed that Jason even pulled out the refrigerator and washer/​dryer to treat the back of those appliance and sure enough he found them coming in from a hole in the wall behind the fridge. Do not waste your time calling any other company. Versa-​tech is reliable, honest, and professional. Jason is very helpful he welcomes all questions and provides lots of helpful information. You will not be disappointed! I’m so fortunate to have found them. Thank you, Jason!

After my wife discovered some bees swarming around a crack outside our condo’s exterior wall, our increasingly useless H.O.A. gave us the run around citing «grey areas of responsibility». Granted this is the same H.O.A. that decided my «dirty» garage door was a high priority, however that’s another story. I then decided it was time to search Unilocal for a trustworthy and affordable pest control company. I was impressed by the excellent service this company and it’s employees (Jason) provided. Jason was both knowledgeable and friendly. He was a good sport about my wife and mother-in-law’s endless questions and jokes regarding bees, honey, and even Winnie the Pooh. It’s great when a company responds quickly, however, even better when it has reasonable rates and most importantly, outstanding employees. I hope I’m fortunate enough in the future to find additional companies with these principles when my H.O.A. «denies responsibility» again in other areas.

Great company with excellent service! Ask for Jason, he’s super nice and helpful. Also responds quickly to emails and phone calls. Haven’t seen any of the creepy crawlies since he was here.

Fair Prices. They also honor their warranty. They made every effort to be courteous and non-​intrusive for the work that had to be done. We helped a friend move, then after fourteen years in the same home, discovered that we ended up with his cockroaches from a few items stored in our garage. These guys were awesome.

If Jason isn’t already being considered for a management position, he should be now! Awesome from start to finish (well so far at least) we are still in the process of getting ready to start our treatment but from the get go he was so helpful, informative, personable and very nice! He showed up on time, took my samples of the pest I had, identified them and STILL inspected my home thoroughly just to make sure. Did a courtesy spray of the area in question and answered all the weird questions I had. He’s coming back to do a pre spray consultation tomorrow and is getting us treated by Friday. Wish it could be sooner but with a company this good, I’m not surprised they are busy. Thank you so far for all the information! I don’t suspect the service will change from here on out but I will update once everything is complete. So far very, very happy with the service.

I was referred to Versa Tech by a friend who got great results with their service. This is an outstanding company. Called for service in the San Fernando Valley and Jason was happy to arrange a time to come and check out my ant and spider problem. Jason arrived on time, gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled service for the next day. Kirk arrived and did a FANTASTIC job isolating and treating the source of the pests. Clearly a pro. I have been using versa tech for the last 2 years. Before them I was using ecolab. The difference is the customer service and the quality of service. I have used several pest control companies over the years and these guys are the best.

Jason, at VersaTech, was nothing short of fantastic. He provided excellent advice on our bug problem, worked with us around our needs and schedule, and recommended a different service to actually do the work because VersaTech was unable to meet our schedule.
Jason followed up with an email several days after the service, wanting to make sure that our problem was resolved. We highly recommend VersaTech and Jason for their professionalism, their skill, and their concern.
The simple fact that VersaTech and Jason in particular seems to care about their customers and want to verify their issue has been resolved is very refreshing, Jason has kept us informed throughout our ordeal, and continues to follow up on us.
After seeing this review posted, I have to mention that we are full time RVers with a Texas address. We were in San Dimas for two weeks when we had an issue with insects. That’s when we called VersaTech and another pest control company. Both companies came to our RV, but Versa Tech (Jason) answered our questions, the answers made sense, so we went with Versa Tech and Jason. We are glad we did, he has been nothing short of great.

I called for an estimate to help get rid of the rats in my attic. Jason wanted to set up a time to come out, I thought it was strange since other companies gave me a price over the phone. Jason and Skylar came out, they actually went in to the attic crawled around and were able to tell me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would be. I had them come back to do the work. They closed up entrance points and set some better traps.
They were so nice, professional and tidy.
After a few months of them being persistent and us doing some heavy tree trimming we are finally without rats for over 2 months. If you’ve ever seen Of Unknown Origin, you’ll know my state of mind with the rats, and Versa Tech helped me get thru. it.
