Arco Gas Station & AM/ PM

Hmmmm, some of the day shift and evening shift are cool and friendly. However there’s one or two older guys who work there who really just aren’t thankful to have a job. I Bought a bunch of stuff there tonight at about 1 AM, and it was obviously more then one wants to carry without a bag. However when I asked the clerk nicely for a bag he looked at me with an attitude, like it was beneath him to do this for me this or something. I think he works days too early morning, and he just always has a crappy attitude. Also depending on what time of night you’re there you have to walk past the crack heads who hang out in front of the store DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DOORS, which may make some people not want to go in and buy anything.

Don’t have much of a high standard for good customer service at gas stations, but this one is just horrible. Cashiers don’t know what they’re doing at all. I drove to mobile up the street then to spend my money and support this arco.

If they have The same owners as when it was shell. stay away they Are thieves, they will lie, say anything to get your business.
They installed a tire incorrectly and after admitting it they changed their tune. Not a descent crew! I am for supporting local businesses but not a bunch of thieves sorry !

I love coming here for the cheap-​cheep gas! If you don’t mind people singing, panhandlers, and a few people giving you awkward compliments then this place is surely your gas station to go to for great gas prices!
Staff is always kind to me. I always have an upbeat attitude even when I’m pissed.

I normally come here to get snacks and another cool thing is the gas prices aren’t expensive. My problem is the staff, though I am being polite; is rude at times. They do have a great selection in snacks, however what can improve is just saying thank you after finishing a transaction.

The station offers 4 fuel types: unleaded, unleaded premium, mid, premium, and diesel.
They’re currently under going outdoor renovation, but the station itself is neither dirty not clean. The convenience store has a variety of foods and snacks.

My dad always goes here for gas because it’s the cheapest in our area.
The prices are ok, but it can get really frustrated when there’s a gas station ‘rush’. People steal your spots, you get frustrated, and you wait. But I think it’s like that at every gas station haha.
We somehow always seem to be approached by weird people.

Staff is kind of tired of working there apparently. They’re not the nicest or most helpful. But hey, who needs a smile when you’re pumping cheap gas… you’ll have you’re own smile on. Just watch out for the random crazy people banging their heads on the pavement right outside the door (I’m serious).
Pros: Cheap Gas
Cons: Everything else.
Recommendation: If you need cheap gas, stop by. But pay at the pump and don’t worry about getting any snacks.

Always have cheap gas here! so I gotta love the place. The employees are who they are, nice on days you are lucky to find them in a good mood. Over all though the location is ALWAYS packed in the mornings (weekdays) so be ready to fight for your place in line. If you are nothing like me (someone who will fight for your rights and or what you feel is right) then avoid this station in the mornings cause it does get crazy and there has been certain altercations and situations that have gotten out of hand so thats about it. Its not dangerous but it can get hectic specially for those drivers who know damn well they need tons of space (like the entire gas station) in order to pull in or out. Cheap gas though! (:

Okay this gas station is cheap in terms of gas. Everything else about this place is terrible. There is always a line inside and I have on more than one occasion watched the short fat woman that works there not help with customers when the line was clear across the store, instead she kept taking the trash out.
Also this station is ghetto. I have never seen so many ghetto people in one place before. Go for gas but only go when it’s daylight at night the ghetto gets worse!

OK so this is NOT the cheapest in the Valley (though prob is for that specific area)
It’s large and normally always get «a spot» immediately…
5 stars because it has the squeegie-​thing… LOVE that… and think that all petrol stations should be equipped with.
Another reason for the 5 star review is that they have an AM/​PM there, which is quite large and the guys there are really nice too… They helped me deal with some weirdo the last time I was there… Ohhh Reseda Blvd…
