Two stars are two too many for this place. I came here with a friend to get extensions. The stylists are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The «consultation» included showing her the various lengths and styles available in her hair color. Didn’t explain the process, the pros, the cons. Nothing. They did a hasty job, I want to say three people worked on her hair. Meanwhile, the employees talked, gossiped the entire time we were there. When my friend asked questions, they were answered shortly and seemed annoyed that she was asking.
I joined my friend on this visit because I was interested in getting extensions myself. After this experience, it is safe to say I will NEVER get that done, and certainly not at this salon.

I stand by my first review being it reflects Yahaira but with that being said only let her do your hair and extentions. I had my extentions reapplied by another girl there and they are uneven all over. I would think they would obviously know that when you take the extentions out they aren’t all going to be the same length being they were styled and cut when applied, so you would reapply them back in according to length. Nope, not done. Even when my hair was styled it was awful, Yahaira suggested to the girl how to do it better and she brushed her off not taking her advice. I will request that ONLY Yahaira work on you then you will get your monies worth.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS! Most of the false eyelashes fell off completely within 4 days! She guaranteed they would stay on for up to 6 weeks, and that my real lashes wouldn’t come off. I just got them last Tuesday and here I am next Monday (6 days) and I had to remove them because they had fallen off almost completely! Ridiculous. Oh and not to mention half of my real eyelashes came off completely & the ones that are left cut completely in half! Although I can’t go back and complain because they force you to sign a waiver saying they are not responsible. Don’t waste your time &a money!!! Rude personnel!

My hair was completely burned/​fried here! I already had a caramel golden blonde color, which I thought it would’ve made it easier for her to lighten up my hair color. My hair was so burned I had to dye it dark brown and cut it shoulder length. I was disappointed. Owner did my hair. I had gone there a couple of times, thinking it would get better but after the last incident I would never go back! Staff was very unprofessional/​rude.

Awful place and super Ghetto! I had a coupon so I went here and it’s close to my work. The wait wasn’t so bad but the service was the worse. I had to remind the lady to do stuff and she was on the phone the whole time. She didn’t even wash my hands or massage them like other places. Plus the gel only lasted about 4 days. I will NEVER go there again.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! The stylist are rude and unprofessional more importantly their work SUCKS!!! Particularly a «stylist» named Jessica who claimed she knew how to process a «Brazilian Blowout»
I’ll let the picture prove otherwise; she doesn’t! When I went back to show her the overall outcome of the «Brazilian Blowout» (as I was NOT SATISFIED) Her response was «Well it’s not a straightener»
Well Hello? Why is it advertised as one??? I explained to her that I had this same treatment done elsewhere and it came out completely straight and lasted me a little over two months. She yelled at me «DUDE the other place must have used an illegal product» «Its not a straightener, its only used to make your hair shine»
Ah No! They used the same product and by the way who would sit for 3 hours and pay $ 100 bucks for their hair to look like this? IT’S STILL VERY WAVY AND THERE IS NO“SHINE”!!!
Not only was she out of line arguing with me, she spoke like a complete uneducated idiot! Ladies do your self a favor DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

STAY AWAY!!! I am shocked this place is still open for business.
First of all I had went months ago with a groupon for 2 gel manis, so I went with my mom. I have been doing gel for years. I have NEVER seen anyone take so long on a gel manicure, I was almost there for 3 hours!!! The person who did my moms nails was a little faster, but still too long.
I wouldn’t mind waiting if it was amazing work, it was horrible. Super bumpy, I ended up going 2 days later to another salon and had them change.
I read about people paying HUNDREDS of dollars for extensions, don’t do it. The photos that are posted look horrible and cheap. Bad prom hair.
Point is this place is cluttered, unsanitary, and unprofessional, save yourself and go elsewhere.

Came in for a manicure and I wasn’t happy. The job looks half done. she didn’t even cover the whole nail with the nail polish and there were dry bubbles after it dried up. This was my first and last time coming here. Oh and to eat and drink in front of the customers is unprofessional. This was my first and my last time coming here.

I’m going to give this place 1 star because their customer service was so horrible, I didn’t even make an appt! I live right next to this place and was looking for a salon to do a simple updo for an upcoming event. I stopped to ask for a quote and figured I would book an appt. as well. I had a picture to show ready on my cell phone and figured at the most… this would take 3 min. I had just stopped to get food & had groceries in the car, but (again) I was figuring I would just run in and out. Oh no!!! When I walked in, one of the girls asked me what I wanted. No smile. No customer service skills. I told her a price quote for an updo. She walked to the back & informed me Christine would be out in a minute to give me info. Umm… could she not give the price of an updo?! A few minutes went by. Several girls walked out of the back. Not one smiled. No one came over. A few more minutes went by. At this point, pissed that my food was getting cold, I say «thank you» and turn to leave. The girl (greeter) looks at me and says «Christine is finishing up a client & will be right with you. Just wait». Then Christine who was on the other side of the side of the salon looks at me and (with a SERIOUS amount of attitude) says «I’m putting a client under the dryer. I’m not ignoring you». Then she makes me walk over to her to tell her what I want! Such nerve! No smile and attitude! At this point, I didn’t want her putting her hands anywhere near my hair, but I showed her the picture anyway. $ 65 for a simple updo. Then she says I can call to make an appt or just make one now. Ha ha! This place needs to learn that if they want to KEEP customers, they should treat people with respect and get some customer service training!
I will continue to drive PAST this place on my way home!

Aww, so many bad reviews! I came here for a gel mani special, cuz sometimes there is just no time to do your own nails ok! I think it was $ 10. WHAT a splurge!
Location: So… I didn’t think it was SO terrible. The place is old, but has the necessities, and I got served water in a wine glass OK?! I didn’t have trouble finding parking right out front. I was also told that they are renovating.
Staff: Everyone I encountered from making the appointment to the girl who did my nails was pleasant. I have nothing to complain about in terms of customer service. When I wanted to come in before opening, they were willing to accommodate. When I wanted to reschedule, they were willing to accommodate.
Nails: I noticed other people complained about a lack of color assortments, which I can not vouch for. I’m a simple girl: white, beige, black. Wait, does that make me simple or just boring?! Well, they had all of my colors.
The gel lasted for 2+ weeks. It wasn’t sloppy like some of the pics others posted. It probably depends on the manicurist. I wish I got her name and I wish I took pictures of my hand. «Wishing won’t do you any good will it now» yeah yeah yeah.
So, that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.

Went in as a walk in place looked a mess ! Rude ass people including the owner .Went to see the owner since I’ve seen her work on face book. Sat me down told me price ect. Then she tells me I would have to help her hold the hair and hand it to he when she needs it I was ok with that until she hAd two other girls helping her do my hair. Figured maybe I’ll be out faster and they know what they are doing once the extensions were in owner starts taxi ring my hair !!! Then makes her helpers curl my hair no wash no color nothing but extensions my hair looked sloppy one side was curled one way and the other another way. I was charged 400 for just extensions the place was horrible people rude and over charged for doing nothing but a horrible job I will keep posting my review on her page if gets deleted I also posted a picture of my hair now at home before I curl it when she razored my hair a
Went from being 18″ to about 12″ now (my own hair) FYI the owners hair looked like dreads she didn’t even have her hair looking decent for her customers also brushes where full of other peoples hair unsanitary will be looking into reporting her salon for the dirtiness. You would think with whAt she charges you the place would be nice.

Dear Goddess Salon,
You would get better reviews if you would just clean your salon well. Everything is cluttered and you should wipe things down. I did not feel comfortable because everything looks unsanitary.
You have great deals and service offerings but people get turned off by the unsavory environment.

Honestly I’m sooooo super picky with my hair, because everyone knows when you do your hair and ask for what you want, hair stylist usually recommend or say to do it their way but yesterday my hair transformed thanks to Jocelyn!!. She did my hair and she took her time, and considered EXACTLY what I wanted. She knew what she was doing and treated me with amazing customer service. I loveeeeeeeeeeeee my hair! She made me go from dark brown hair to a beautiful golden honey ombré. Which if you’ve ever dyed your darkkkk brown you know it’s hard to go back to light. And she didn’t just give me a regular ombré but she mixed it in making it fade with the rest of my color. And my hair looks healthy and luscious ! She’s amazing and I HIGHLY recommend her.
The salon is beautiful itself and all the girls greeted you with a smile and were focusing on their clients. I loved the vibe and had my jams playing ! :)

I went here a few months ago. Usually go elsewhere, but on this day I was short on time and passed by this place. Paid $ 20 (plus tip) for a pedicure. It was ok. Nothing remarkable.
A few weeks later, I suddenly wanted a hair treatment. Ladies, you know what I’m talking about. I’d seen a flier, at Goddess Salon, which touted their specialty, Brazilian Blowout service. I visited the website, perused the info then sent an email via the site, informing the owner/​operator that my hair is curly and a bit dry on the ends. I wrote that I wanted a strengthening and conditioning treatment, avoiding the use of formaldehyde, which will look great and improve the condition of my hair. I asked whether a BB or a keratin treatment is recommended in my case (or does the B.B. include a keratin treatment).
Never got a response. Meh! Not giving them another chance.

AWFUL! WASTE OF TIME! Go across the street and down the block to Anthony2Hair Salon…
I live less than 3 minutes from this place, and wish I could say SOMETHING pleasant about it, but I CANNOT! I decided to give them a 2nd chance yesterday, having had the worst Gel Mani/​Pedi about 1 year ago of my life… Over 3 hours-​girl didn’t know English, was extrememly rude, and the job that was done was AWFUL!
Now, I only wanted a deep conditioning treatment. RUDE-​RUDE-​RUDE! Perhaps it is because I am not a ghetto latina– or perhaps it is bc they just don’t know the 1st thing about customer service– but this place is just terrible.
GO ELSEWHERE…
I went today and had the BEST experience at Anthony2Hair Salon off Devonshire and the 405– I will be writing a review now…
I wish I could give Goddess negative stars!

Just got home from FINALLY cutting my damn ends. (–ladies, this s**t is necessary)
I live within the vicinity and I constantly pass by here so in desperate need of a cut, I ask the manly man to take me in.
We show up, sit down & wait for a hairstylist to be available. Waited for about 5 minutes, and then I get called by «Alma». She asked if I wanted to wash my hair ($ 20.00 for a cut and hair wash) since it was included within the price. Uhm, fck yes! Like I’d say no to a mini hair massage :)
Anyway, I had a few questions about dying my hair and she was very upfront, informative, and friendly :)
Now to the service side: Alma did a great job on my cut. It was nothing crazy. Something as simple as cutting my disgusting dead ass ends and removing a layer. She did it in 20 minutes and it turned out great. I’m still running my fingers through it :) we talked about tips for hair growth and such. It was definitely pleasant.
The décor is pretty outdated. So no, it is no salon on rodeo drive but you can tell they at least try. –in case you think this place is top notch.
They are open 7 days a week & have cool deals on Sundays and Mondays. Full set for $ 15.00 $ 10.00 for gel nails? I’m there.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ll keep it short and simple, I purchased a groupon for this place. It was easy to make an appointment and get in. However when I first walked in I wasn’t really impressed with the décor and the fact that they had a dog in the hair/​nail salon… really? a dog inside, gross!
The girl who did my nails was Liz, she was super sweet and friendly, we enjoyed the conversation and had some things in common, she was nice and offered some suggestions on some nail colors, I had no problem with her.
However the other girls working there are sooo unprofessional, I’m all for having a good time at work and what not but there is a thing being professional. These girls were chatting away, texting, gabbing with eachother and just tacky.
They also had a clothing boutique attached to it, it was just sooo all over the place and cluttered. I don’t know I didn’t get a good vibe from this place and I definitely wouldn’t come back.
