This jack in the crack let me down again
Once again I got my order wrong !!! It was not busy at all n no one in the drive thru so why do They get my order wrong ?? This is the 3^rd time, I tried giving them a chance but 3^rd time does it for me, people !!! Make sure u check your order as soon as they hand it to you !!! Don’t be disappointed like everyone on here

Yep, it’s true. They can’t get an order right. They were not busy at the time; a weekday morning. There was myself, holding the door open for one other customer returning inside who appeared to be reentering to comment on an order he just made, and one car in the drive-​through. I ordered the new Double Jack they were promoting, and instead I returned home to find some chicken sandwich with nothing else but cheese on it, marked for a drive-​through customer. I was a walk-​in, so I suspect the drive-​thru customer got a surprise wrong item order too — probably mine. I think I was caught in a vortex of order mishandling. Moral of the story: «Trust Everyone, But Always Cut The Deck.»

Just went to this jack in the box they told me that the soda machine was broken so i had to order something else i ordered a peach tea i come to the window to find out she charged me extra for the tea i asked why if the machine is broken what am i supposed to order with my combo??? She fixed it which was good. I come home and find out instead of a sourdough jack i got a breakfast sandwhich wth?

I work graveyard so I always make food runs in the middle of night. So tonight I went to this Jack n Box drive thru & I ordered a Sourdough Jack, large French fries, Orange juice & a large hot coffee. The cashier asked if I’d like any condiments before handing me my food & I said yes I’d like ketchup. He gives me the bag & theres only 2 packets of ketchup. I had to ask him three times for more ketchup till he finally gave it to me. Then when he gave me my coffee he didn’t ask if I’d like any cream & sugar he just closed the window on me, thank god I had creamer at my job. Overall the food was good but the customer service sucks.

I ordered Crispy Chicken Strips and then when I got home I did not get chicken strips I got chicken nuggets. Other than that the food was pretty good.

I don’t know why I even bother going to this jack in the box. It’s only because I live down the street I keep trying it. They always mess up the order and I end up going back. I would suggest don’t even bother

This jack in the box is great. the food is always good. and they don’t take forever like other places.

Parking is limited. Food is good and I got my order quick. If you wanna use the restroom you gotta ask to be buzzed in. Bathroom was clean to my surprise. Tables and chairs were cleaned. Over all premises were very cleaned.

Sigh… Why oh why do I keep coming back here? The food is great, but you’ll be lucky to GET YOUR FOOD! This place is notorious for fucking up even the easiest and smallest orders ever. I usually brush it off and give them another chance, but tonight was the last time. My order was VERY simple; two sourdough jacks, one bacon ultimate cheeseburger, two curly fries, one regular fries. I see the lady put the correct amount of items in the bag so one can only assume its correct. I didn’t feel like opening up everything to check so I just hoped to God they didn’t fuck it up. I get home and find they gave me the exact opposite of what I ordered. They gave me two bacon ultimates, one sourdough jack, two regular fries, and one curly fries. Sure its not a horrible mistake compared to their previous mistakes (and trust me, they’ve done MUCH worse), but dude come on it was a very simple order. And there wasn’t a single soul besides me in line, so they weren’t even busy… And you know what the icing on this shit cake is? They charged me for two bacon ultimates, but gave me regular ultimate cheeseburgers. For crying out loud, how did these monkeys get hired? Do yourself a favor, don’t visit this location. Jack in the Box is awesome, but your order WILL be botched if you come here. Not even McDonalds fucks up this much, and that’s saying something…

I’m Disgusted. I don’t even know what to say. Yesterday I walked into the Venue and ordered a Jalapeño Ultimate Cheese Burger, Curly Fries, and a Soda.
As they were making my order, I watched the MANAGER dig into her armpit under her shirt, then pick her nose, then grab my fries with the same HAND, and put them into a to go bag for the window, and then a second set for me.
Then another Team member was barehanded grabbing handful after handful of shredded lettuce for the taco’s.
Nobody was using gloves, or utensils. Nobody was washing their hands.
No, I don’t want Ebola.
I immediately threw my food away without taking a bite, and I will be following up with the Health and Labor Board, and filing a corporate complaint.
Filthy, Disgusting Venue. Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to BY FAR.
Stay away, you’ve been warned.

Well what can I say it’s Ja k in the box but they messed up my order 2 times common I did not anything out of the ordinary !!! Sorry Jack I love your food but this location not so bueno and the parking oh man very bad I do not recommend this location !!! I gave them 3 stars for the parking and the inconvenience also who messes up a simple order common never have I encountered such at any of your other locations !!!

Quick service. Not much selection when it comes to parking, and they offer the same items as any other Jack in the Box franchise. This isn’t one of the best to go to, but since it is conveniently located not to far from any time I am craving jalapeño poppers or a sourdough jack I make my way here. Service is fast lije any other fast food chain, and it’s safe to safe everytime I go here they have not messed up my order. If you in a hurry and on the go, you can definitely stop by here.

Horrible! My husband was fasting all red meat and he ordered a chicken sandwich without the bacon. He specifically told then NO BACON! And he comes home, takes a bite and what do you know. It had bacon. What if he was allergic?! Horrible order takers here at Jack. Just a simple order. Be more aware of what customers order and repeat their order to them and the cooks. I will recommend people do not come here to eat.

i was too drunk to remember the service here. Jack in tje box food is pretty much the same everywhere you go.

This JITB is okay for drive thru service overall. I don’t think I’ve ever been inside this one and so far this location has never given me any problems with the food or service. Would go back again.

They have great Tacos.

This fast food establishment has got to be the worse location. There is hardly any room to park and the drive-​thru is hard to navigate through. When there are enough cars in the drive thru, it is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to get out of a parking space until the drive thru clears up. The food and employees are alright.

This Jack in crack is the closest fast food restaurant to my apartment so I thought I would take a moment and review this establishment. The food here is like any other Jack in the Box (fast, somewhat cheap, and food quality okay). With that said, I must review their service since their food is like any other Jack in Box.
The service goes up and down depending on who your server is at the time you go through the drive-​thru or when you order in the restaurant.
Timing is key at this location. If you go in the evenings the line is VERY long and the restaurant itself is too small to handle anything over 25 customers. The mornings and afternoons are great because the volume is much lower. The service can be better. The last time I went there the attendant seemed too cold and distance, a smile would be nice. The prices for the burgers are a little on the high side for fast food, but they do pack a lot of meat in them.

Was here last night for a late night din din and ordered a very SIMPLE meal. 1 Sourdough jack combo, and 2 Sourdough’s on the side. Very simple, right? OK. I get my shit and drive off.
I live 10 minutes away. I get home and find that the fries look all pale and greasy. Ughhhhk. I then notice that 1 Sourdough is missing too. I was fucking infuriated. I didn’t want to go back and have to talk to this cashier chick again and have to listen to her annoying voice once again. Whatever, my boyfriend insists on us going back to correct the order.
We go back and see that we are 6 cars away from getting to the intercom. GREAT! We get to the intercom and my boyfriend tells Maria what had happened with our order.
We get to the window and she said that she didn’t charge us for the 3^rd burger AND that their fry machine was not working so they were barely fixing it. She then says she can replace our fries and charge us for the 3^rd burger.
‘Uhm, no. You fucked up, you correct this.’ Luckily, Pedro the manager was there so we told him that it we were not at fault for her unprofessional-​ism so he agreed on not charging us to keep us happy. DAMN RIGHT!
–Ugh. Bogus ass mission for a stupid ass Jack n the Box meal. FAIL;

This review is for 10/​09/​2010. After dropping off my friend and a horrible day with planning, I decided to go to Jack in the Box. We were supposed to go to Sanamluang, but I messed up with scheduling with AMC thinking Wall Street was at 11:50 when it was 12:50. Plus, this Jack in the Box did not make my day any brighter.
I arrived around 5:30 at this Jack in the Box just behind Little Caesars. That was my mistake for arriving at all. I thought it was going to be a short line at the drive-​thru. NOPE. I was behind an old lady with I guess her nephews in the car. I didn’t think about her until the pay window. I ordered 2– Sourdough Jacks ($ 3.79 each). I had a coupon for Buy One, Get One Free. My total was $ 4.16.
After I ordered, I was stuck at the speaker for 10 minutes. Cars behind me were honking. The entrance to the Jack in the Box is only one lane and hard for the cars parked to get out. When the old lady was ready to pay, she dropped coins and wanted to search the coins while she forgot to set the car in PARK. EESH. That’s dangerous lady. Plus, its just coins, not $ 1 or $ 5.
When I was about to pay, Jack in the Box did not have the Blink outside their window. SAD!!! I like to BLINK and the prevented me to… BOOOO!!! Sandwich is good and like all fast food places. NOTHING SPECIAL. I just had a coupon that was going to expire on 10/​10/​2010. It felt like I spent most of my day at Jack in the Box instead of at the theatres and hiking. 16 days to go… How many more reviews to go?!
