Allstate Insurance: Lorena Barreda

Lorena and all the employees in her establishment are so unprofessional and have no recollection on how customer service is vital in a successful business. I personally called fifteen times and left several messages for Lorena and never once heard back from her. The receptionist gave me the run around for weeks giving me every excuse as to why she was never in the office. If the establishment opens at 9:00 a.m. why does this women come in after 11:00a.m. When I finally was able to set an appointment she was over half an hour late! This vicinity is horrible and I DO NOT recommend this place to any anyone.

I just checked my book of business for my agencies and I do not have a customer Named Brianne Z. You might be mistaken. With that said I would like to assure you that my agency is well staffed with professional state licensed and college graduate agents. Not to mention they are all bilingual. Please note we do not have receptionists in my offices. Everyone that works for me is a professional and licensed as mentioned before. In the past year I remember being late to one meeting for a commercial policy (barber shop) my previous meeting had gone longer than expected and I did ask my staff to apologize to the customer for me and to keep the customer posted as to where I was on the road while I was driving so that he knew step by step. The next morning when out on the field taking pictures of the customers business I dropped off a Starbucks gift card in the mail slot apologizing for being late the prior day. Hope he enjoyed that ;) I had resolved the customers pending/​outstanding underwriting condition within 24hrs and the renewal was on its way in the mail to him from Allstate within 4 business days. My office’s open every morning m-​f 9am-​sharp! And we do not close till 6pm or when the last customer leave… we don’t ever ruAnd Saturdays from 9 – 12 for your convenience :)(one of the few locations open Saturday’s in the entire valley) I own multiple locations and I do not have a schedule or a specific time that I will be at any of my offices. I could however assure you that I put in more hours of work than the average American. It’s the only way to do it when you want to be a successful business owner. She is extremely efficient and very accurate with her information.
