Too bad I have nothing nice to say about this place. They very much frustrated me. I called on a Friday afternoon asking if they carry box springs. The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough, said they do and have them there in-​store, and if I went early enough the next day, I could likely have it delivered the same day. So I went in the next day assuming the same– he wasn’t there, and the woman that took her time to greet me said they didn’t have one in right then, but would have some the following Friday. Alright, I summoned up the patience and said, what’s another week, I’m sure if I catch them early enough again, (Sat. morning), it’s possible they’ll deliver it same day. I went in, a different woman said they didn’t have them yet, for sure during the coming week. I didn’t bother to go in, but rather, called in that next Saturday. Of course, don’t know which one it was that answered, but when I asked about it, she said «No, we don’t have any right now», I asked her, then why do they keep saying they’ll be in? All she could say was «I don’t know”– didn’t offer any other option. After a couple of seconds of silence, I just said «nevermind, thank you anyway», and hung up. Bad customer service!

Took a chance on this place since they didn’t have any reviews here. But I figured no reviews could be better than a mediocre review at the next closest place. Boy was I impressed. I needed a futon Mattress. I called ahead. They had one in stock and could get more delivered tomorrow if I wanted a different one. I went in. They were very easy going and had a LOT to choose from. I ordered the mattress I wanted and will definitely be back come couch time.
