I hardly « Unilocal» about my experiences but Dr. Alzate LITERALLY changed my life. I know this statement sounds drastic and dramatic but it’s true. I first went due to an injury in an auto accident though I’ve had back pain and discomfort for many years.
It was so bad that I couldn’t stand for to long nor sit for to long.
If I wanted to lay down in bed — it was a whole process due to the pain (for just laying down!!!)
I couldn’t do certain activities for the same reason but it never occur to me to ever go to a chiropractor. It came to the point where I simply didn’t trust my body because I was always scared that it would hurt therefore limiting myself in a lot of things (I am only 27) it would personally bring me down.
So the accident was a blessing in disguise, after a few treatments and consultations with Dr. Alzate I quickly started to notice the difference: Less pain (now NO pain) the discomfort is gone, I could now lay down with out experiencing any pain (pure joy) She gave me recommendations and exercises not only for a «quick fix» but to do for the rest of my life, for a better life. I am seriously in awe. Her staff are also the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, always with proper follow up! I HIGHLY recommend coming here! Do it!!! Tell everyone!!!

Dr. Alzate is the best Chiropractor I’ve had. She has been my Chiropractor for 1yr 10 mo. I first visited her due to a subluxation of my shoulder and she was able to correct it by manipulation, EMS, kinisio Tape, ultrasound therapy and Massage Therapy, she also offers graston therapy and hot or cold therapy. She first does an initial assessment to determine the problem and works out a care plan. She gives you great feedback as to what home exercises you can do to help maintain your results. She also offers lifestyle changes that will improve your overall health. I also suffer from upper/​lower back, hip & knee pain caused by hip dysplasia from birth it was corrected surgically but one leg is 1“shorter. She aligns my spine and pelvis which corrects my posture, alleviating my pain. Before coming to Dr. Alzate my pain was becoming severe. If I visit my primary Dr. She will only give me pain/​anti-​inflammatory medicine; I do not like taking pain medicine because it only masks the problem not cure it. I’ve also sprained my ankle and could not bear weight, she was able to correct it and I was ice skating the next day and dancing while wearing heels the day after. Recently I re-​injured my knee (which she initially corrected a yr ago) and she corrected it again. She is truly a HEALER. My quality of life has improved 100% I have started going to the gym after 6yrs of inactivity. I’ve increased my daily activities over the past year and a half, lost weight and feel great. Unlike my previous Chiropractor who only worked on my spine, she focuses on problem areas, wherever they may be. She is covered by my HMO insurance but you can also pay cash and she accepts most workmans comp cases. Needless to say she has a cure for whatever ails you. She has a great personality, good bedside manners and a great staff plus 2 locations one in the city of San Fernando and another in Burbank she is open late and half days on Saturdays which gives me plenty of options to choose from.

The best chiropractor ever! Not only fixed my shoulder and neck from all injury and pain, but thanks to her completely changed my life around. I was able to work out again, and thanks to her advise I changed my diet and lost the 20lbs I gained with this injury. Dr Lidia Alzate goes above and beyond and is very personable. 100% recommend her to all my loved ones who she’s also helped.

The focus Chiropractic Center is a wonderful clinic center. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. When entering the receptionist are kind and helpful. Dr. Alzate is a kind women who was very helpful and caring doctor when examining my back. When entering her office i was impressed with her certificate and degree for her profession. I have gone to this clinic center for two years and with the constant therapy and message my back has improve immensely. I recommend to anyone who wants to be treated and helped properly.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Alzate and her staff. First off you walk into their office and its very calm and relaxing environment. You are greeted by a staff who are friendly, attentive and treat you well.
Lets talk about Dr. Alzate, I am glad I have her as my chiropractor. So many great things to say about her. She is an expert and been doing this for a very long time. She is a great communicator, explains everything thoroughly and clearly. The adjustments are painless and she even offers exercises that you can do on your own time.
Besides being a great chiropractor, she is very inspiring and a wonderful person to be around. After one visit you can tell that she truly cares about her patients as people and loves what she does. She is very passionate about helping people.
If you are looking for a chiropractor I highly recommend Focus Chiropractic Center. They are great group of people, they care about you as a person and after every session they follow up the next day to see how you are doing. If only my dentist was that attentive I would be going there more often.

Hands down some of the best care I have gotten. Dr Alzate has an excellent sense for alleviating pain and discomfort. Her staff is top notch and on top of their game. I have received some helpful advice in terms of diet and stretching all of which have been very helpful. I do Triathlons and unfortunately have had back issues for quite a while now. I can say that she has kept me in the game so to speak. I hold dr alzate in very high regard and recommend her to anyone looking to get better.
