Victor is a dedicated and professional chef who is knowledgeable about food. His career began in 1987 at Le Meridian. He also worked at Four Seasons Hotel, L’Ermitage and is now serving mouthwatering breakfast and lunch at Heavenly Pancakes in San Fernando, CA. Customers can come in and enjoy Victor’s weekly breakfast and lunch special creation or choose from a variety of international dishes from the menu. He personally chooses fresh high quality products of the season to create the most flavorful dishes.

loved the waffle, upgraded the combo & wish I would have just gotten the waffle, the bacon was meh but C’est la vie– made with love! Beautiful place, good customer service & you can tell it’s a regular spot for local cops.

Mom had been wanting for me to bring her for quite sometime now… and it finally happen. Don’t let the outside fool you, it looks very nice from the inside. The food is A-​Okay… I had sausage, eggs, hash browns with sourdough (bread was delish). Mom had the veggie omelet and she is still talking about it… so I guess it was good and my mother is very hard to please, as she is very picky. Coffee was delicious… and guess what? They even carry RAW Sugar… YAYAYAYYAYAY! Hardly anyone carries that sugar and that is my preference! Customer service was terrific! Will def come back again.

Had a wonderful breakfast with the family here at heavenly pancakes.
Everything was cooked well, service was attentive and friendly. The place was a bit loud but I attribute that to everyone just having a good time and a good meal. Five stars overall will definitely be coming back.

Woke up wanting to try to a new place for breakfast. We hoped that a place that has the word Pancakes in their business name would be a good choice. We were not disappointed. The pancake combo with 2 eggs and bacon was excellent. Buttermilk pancakes cooked perfectly. Slightly underdone which I love. Nothing ruins breakfast faster for me than a burnt and dry pancake. Service was fast and friendly. Didn’t check out the rest room, but the dining room was very clean. Plenty of parking. We will be back for more pancakes!

This place is amazing! Great pancakes (ordered the buttermilk pancakes w/​fresh strawberries) and I enjoyed them very well.
Also had their home fries and they were also delicious! Service was fast, and the waitress was very nice. My girlfriend and I will definitely be coming by again!

Oh, my. Where do I start with this place? All the food I’ve tried here is delicious. The service is always friendly. It’s busy often, but I never feel rushed to leave for the next customers. The coffee is refilled often.
They have my second favourite waffles. That’s a compliment. The chorizo and eggs is delicious and satisfying. The pancakes are, of course, great.
An interesting thing to note is that at once point there was a fire inside the restaurant, and they had to close for a while to renovate the kitchen. I was so sad during that time.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the toast was just too crips. I mean I get it, it’s TOAST but I don’t think it’s suppose to hurt the top of your mouth when your trying to chew it. It wasn’t the best, but wasn’t the worst either. I still ate it. Their pricing is a bit high especially for the quality and quantity of the food you get.
James dinner down the street is definitely better.

Nothing heavenly about this place. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs that either comes with pancakes or hashbrowns and toast, I wanted pancakes and I also wanted hash browns, so ordered a side of hash browns. I also had a «freshly squeezed» orange juice.
At first I thought the prices were reasonable. But 4.00 $$ for a cup of orange juice!!! And another 4.00 $$ for a side of hash browns!!! Are you serious?! Who charges that much for 8oz of orange juice, that mind you is NOT freshly squeezed!!! And 4.00 $ for a hand full or hash browns.
My country fried steak was OK. My food was kind of cold and the gravy doesn’t really have flavor. I had to add salt and pepped to add some taste.
The pancakes taste like instant pancakes. Not very heavenly.
We won’t be coming back to this place.

Came here for breakfast for my fiancés birthday. Place is clean, food is avg, service is good. What got to me the most is I nearly paid $ 8 for two orange juices lol for that price I could of bought a half gallon of organic OJ, or a couple of Simply Orange down the street at Food 4 Less lol Total rip off, and it tasted like Sunny D. Horrible.
I had a breakfast sandwich, which was not that great, the lettuce looked old and dry and the bacon was like cardboard, dry and old. The sandwich itself was bland. She had the country fried steak and said it was not bad.
I doubt I’ll be coming here again, I’ll rather take the drive to the West side of the valley for a decent breakfast place.

I asked my mom out of five stars what would you rate our breakfast this morning and she answered «a five ‚» and I would have to completely agree with her answer.
It was a long an overdue visit to this place because last time we came (years and years ago) the pancakes were no good cause they weren’t entirely cooked .
So then we decided to come back thanks to the Unilocalers and their helpful reviews, my mom and I both got something different. I got pancakes with mixed berries on top with a hint of whip cream and powdered sugar, and my mom got the bacon egg sandwich with hash browns. My mom and I always share so we both got to try a bit of both, and I’ve got to say the pancakes were just right and fluffy. I can taste the buttermilk in the batter and the fruit made it all that much better. As for the sandwich, I’m not a big fan of egg and I’ve got to suggest this for someone who’s watching their portion size that this isn’t overwhelming .
The portion size in all wasn’t overbearing, and I most certainly will come back to try the almond French toast.
May I add the customer service was just right especially at the time the place was starting to get full, so I know they did their best to keep every customer happy.

San Fernando/​Sylmar has plenty of chain breakfast places but I really like to support the local businesses and the community. I came here on Sunday morning and unfortunately won’t be coming back.
We were seated within 15 minutes which was fine, upon being seated we ordered our food. We waited, and waited, and waited, then waited some more. I think nearing on the hour mark when we were about to leave the food finally came… In pieces… My friend ordered a waffle and I ordered the Country Breakfast, pancakes, eggs and bacon.
My friend got his waffle after almost an hour and I still had no food. I told him to go ahead and eat because judging by their service I wasn’t getting my food anytime soon, I was right. About 15 minutes later I received my eggs and bacon, no pancakes. I was told they’d be out soon. Another 10 – 15 minutes went by and I had already finished my eggs and bacon and the pancakes finally came out.
Any good restaurant knows you bring food out at the same time so people aren’t watching each other eat. Not only was food staggered but I got the second part of my meal 15 minutes late. We didn’t order anything complicated. Pancakes, eggs, bacon and a waffle is something I could make at home in less than 15 minutes. Why is the wait an hour and fifteen minutes?
No apology from the manager or waitress, no amends to make things right, just slow service. The waitress didn’t even check in, I needed butter and an extra napkin.
I try to support a locally owned business and this is what I get. Well, back to Denny’s.

I love eating here for breakfast with my family. For breakfast I would always get scrambled eggs, pancakes, seasoned home fries, toast, etc. Also for lunch I really like to eat the turkey club sandwich with seasoned french fries or the chicken stir fry with garlic bread. Also love the fact that the people here are so friendly, welcoming, and have free WiFi!

The pancakes and waffles are decent. Very yummy, and portions are quite big. It’s sort of a small place, so be prepared to wait for a table. We had the kind wait staff move us to a booth since my wife if pregnant (we were initially given a table, with cramped seating). Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! We might come back as there were other items on the menu that sounded yummy. Thanks for being close by, Heavenly Pancakes!

After reading great reviews, I took Mom here for breakfast. But I wondered where reviewers dined since our visit was disappointing.
Entry: Greeted by visible staff, nice & friendly. Yay!
Atmosphere: Loved new look but acoustics were bad, way too loud. Meh
Coffee: Just okay, nothing special. Sigh
Food Temp: Arrived not hot, warm or cold … More like cool. Ugh
Food Notes: Hash Browns had a nice potato flavor and slightly crisp outside, however, the center appeared to be mashed potatoes! Never had them that way. Hmm
Bacon: Also, different than other eateries.
Pancakes: uhm… There are differences in how each eatery makes them, I prefer American PanCakes which are fluffy, buttery and taste like cake. These were slightly fluffy and taste like… Baking powder. Not sweet, a little salty, slightly chewy. smh
Maybe it was an off day? Hoping to find a new breakfast spot closer to home, sadly this isn’t it. Aw.
Parking: There is a nice man directing customers to open spots, don’t know if he works there but he expects a tip. Humph

El mejor restaurante, comida recien echa, frescos ingredientes, buen sazón, y un buen servicio!!! Para q pedir más, y si crees q la espera fue demasiado, pues vale la pena, por que obtendras una comida recien echa, caliente, y con ingredientes frescos, nada recalentado como en la mayoria de restaurantes… Y el precio, ni hablar, super justos y accesibles, quedaras satisfecho por q la calidad de comida es exelente.
