I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with Jorge and his team of professionals. Highly recommend, he truly cares about his customers. Normally you have workmen come into your house with dirty shoes, not Jorge! Covered up his shoes and did everything to make sure he left nothing dirty as he worked. He advised me about spotty workmanship electrician had done near AC unit and remembered my situation so when I called him for some advise he was able to walk me through a scenario to correct it. Great guy!!!

Jorge is really wonderful. We found Jorge because our neighbor swore that he was the best. Our air conditioner went out Labor Day night. Jorge came the next day, ordered the part and then came back and installed it the same day. Very professional, very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

What can I say but Amazing… by far the BEST Air Conditioning Company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
Not only do I get amazing service but I get honesty. I have always had company’s wiggle around the truth but not iComfort. Not only do they tell me what I need they are true to their word about pricing and how many places can you say that to be true?
The Office staff always keeps me updated on my appointments and is always Professional on the phone. The Technician’s are always respectful of my home and clean their debris after. They are courteous and will not leave until the problem is resolved. Now that’s the kind of customer service I expect and they deliver.
If you are ever in need of an Respectable A/C company I would most definitely refer iComfort to anyone and you will not be disappointed.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever had to do business with. I live literally 8 houses away from the owner and still receive poor service. When I asked «how come you always take long to return my calls or bring me filters?» he replied «I have over 2100 clients»… Maybe he shouldn’t be taking on so many clients if he can’t adequately meet all his clients needs in a sufficient amount of time… You’re better off with another company
