I moved out of the San Fernando Valley for a while and am now back and was delighted to find my favorite cleaners still in business. Nick and Kathy have always been very friendly and their service is stellar I’ve been to other dry cleaners who charge more and don’t provide the prompt service that Maclay Cleaners does. Ive been there several times since moving back to the San Fernando Valley and will continue to use them. Maclay Cleaners has deep roots in the community and if you take the time to ask, Nick is happy to tell you about how the City of San Fernando has evolved over the years.

Don’t bother coming to this place. The people who work there are not polite. The lady who was helping (who I think is the wife of the owner) was very rude. Before the lady was about to charge my card I asked her nicely if she can cancelled the transaction Bc I wanted to use another card instead. She got bother, when I asked her that. Also she didn’t know how to cancel the transaction, she seem frustrated. Please guys don’t waste your time and money to this business.

DON’T Bring SERVICE HERE!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I cannot describe how frustrated and disappointed I am of their dry cleaning process. My favorite Jacket was ruin And my dresses do not smell clean. I will not be back
The owner .is super impolite terrible Service. If you can’t tend to your business maybe you should not have one! Worst customer service, DON’T bring anything here.

I love getting my clothes cleaned here. The staff is really friendly and the owners, Nick and Kathy will always greet you with a smile. They’ve been in business in the city for a really long time. I love mom and pop shops!
They’re always punctual with delivering back my clothes and I’ve even gotten clothes cleaned same day without a problem. Pricing is great, they take credit cards and they leave everything looking great!
