Poor service from Francisco he’s rude and tells you lies. I’ve been going to this mechanic for over 7 years and the last two visits where horrible it’s was always friendly service but I will refuse to go there after dealing with Francisco very very disappointed. Spoke to owner and gave me apologizes and helped me out w my check engine line

I have been taking my car to Manny’s for about 5 years and I have been really happy with all the work and the customer service. My car is 17 years old and has over 250,000 miles on it and I have Manny’s to thank for that. Honest, affordable and fast.

I’ve taken my Subaru impreza to Manny’s automotive 3 different times in about 2 weeks. The first time I took it, I had to leave my car there so they could run a diagnostic for $ 45. The lady at the desk said she would call me when my car was ready. She never called, so I had to go in person because I needed my car for work the next day. She said they could not find anything wrong with my car, but they steam cleaned everything and I would have to bring my car back in to see if they could find any new leaks. Charged me $ 68, not $ 45. I brought my car back in 2 days later like she said. She asked me for my receipt from last time. I told her that I didn’t think I needed it, and I didn’t have it. I asked her why she couldn’t just look up my receipt in the files, and she said that there were too many and it would take her too long. She had me drive all the way back home to pick up my receipt and drive back because she did not want to look for it in her office. I come back and this time I have to leave my car overnight, even though I took my car in at about 10am. Still, I already spent the money for the diagnostic, so I sucked it up. Again, never called me back, so I had to show up in person again. This time, I speak with Manny himself. Manny seems more straight forward and had much better people skills than the girl running the desk. He tells me to leave the car at his shop for 2 days. The head gaskets need to be replaced. He orders the part and does the math in front of me, and tells me $ 525 would be my grand total. I paid $ 500 up front. I wait 2 days, and again, no call, so I am forced to wait for a 3^rd day now, not 2 days. I show up for the 3^rd time, and I get my car back on 4^th of July. Girl at the desk shows me my receipt for the $ 500 down payment but now has a lot of extra writing. Turns out that without my consent, they did «extra work» making my whole total $ 696 and some change. Basically $ 200 extra from what we had agreed on. They never asked or called, just did whatever they wanted and hit me with the bill. Manny said he drove my car around and everything sounds perfect, I just need new front brakes. As if all that wasn’t enough, worst part is that I drive away from the shop and within 30 miles, my check engine light comes on. The check engine light had never once been on from the beginning of this whole ordeal. I call literally 18 times over the span of the next 2 days and never get an answer. They don’t have a voicemail box set up, so I could not leave a message. At this point, I gave up. Very poor customer service, and they throw on extra charges followed by weak excuses as to why they basically robbed you. Even minor things, like my steering wheel was covered in grease all 3 times and ruined a work shirt because they didn’t clean it off. Now I have to go somewhere else to see what Manny’s automotive did to make my engine light come on.

I’ve had my car serviced there twice, both times I received fast, affordable and quality service. They exceeded my expectations and seemed pretty honest.

I was referred to Manny’s Automotive, and I was impressed with the honest, affordable and quality of work that they provided. I was the kind of person that would only trust my car with the dealer. When I realized how much more the dealer was charging. The first time I took my car to Manny, he charged me $ 200, for repair that the dealer quoted me $ 800. The second time I took my car in, I was expecting to pay a lot more then i did. He was able to get the parts and fix my Hummer, the same day during both visits.

Manny has always done very quality work for me. I have trusted him with my cars over the years along with my families cars.
When I was 19 and very broke he would be extra fair on the price. He would tell me what it would cost to fix, and he would tell me a much cheaper price to keep the car running. I really appreciated that when I was younger because I saw it as very trust worthy and empathetic gesture. Not to mention he would go the extra mile on things for my car, free of charge. Be it from fixing my loose bumper to replacing the plastic bracket that holds the hood stand.
Little things like that really show the quality you get at Manny’s Automotive.

For over ten years, I’ve always relied on Manny and his team to provide honest, affordable and quality service. He’s a no nonsese guy who usually costs a lot less than any other repair shop in the area. I highly recommend Manny’s and his crew to get your jallopy fixed up.

Dude, this guys is a rip off. I went for a tune up, and the oil drain was not installed back correctly draining my oil. I went back, and I was told that I a sever overhaul because now there are metal chips in my oil. I’m like dude, you guys did my tuneup and I brought it back because my oil was leaking. It was leaking cause you didn’t put the plug back on right. UGH!
