If it matters to you, you are losing customers by not having the original simple available…

Walked in with my two kids and Susy asked what we’d like. As one of my boys is ordering (loud and clear) Susy asks what bread. As he is answering, she takes her focus to her coworker and is yelling about cleaning sauce bottles. Then asks him again what bread. He answers again. Then she asks him what cheese and again loses focus and yells instructions to her coworker totally ignoring him. Then once she puts cheese on his sandwich she says, «what else are you ordering?» I thought she was referring to his sandwich so I looked at her confused. Then I realized she was talking to me so I asked, «Oh us? I thought you were talking to him.» Then she gave this diva attitude and WINDING HER ARM as if I were to hurry up. She says, «well ya, you guys are together right??» Idk why she seemed like she had somewhere else to be. We were the only ones in there! I got pissed so I kindly asked for the other lady to help us instead. She walked away talking out loud with an attitude laughing telling the girl we want her to help us instead. Of course she is quietly talking crap in Spanish. The other girl was very nice and the boys thanked her a handful of times. She apologized for Susy and we were on our way. Not coming here ever again. Good luck Susy. Your pride, attitude, and ego that large for $ 9/​hr. serving people sandwiches? Hm.

One of the best Subways. Great customer service! Delicious breakfast sandwiches! Come in and they hook you up.

I wanted to order, but after having both of the men working look directly at me and decide they had better things to do I just left.
They usually have better service, but tonight was the night I got ignored.

This is the best Subway Restaurant that I’ve ever been to. The food is deliciously prepared and the staff is always pleasant. Thank you!

Starving and craving for something healthy so I stopped at the quickest place I I saw= Subway!!!
The employees were nice and greeted me and told me about the specials. I ended up going with an old faithful, turkey and forest Ham Jack cheese with Dijon mustard and low fat mayo +avocado. It was so yummy and toasting it makes ooooh so good! I hope the bread doesn’t hve yoga mats in it anymore but if it does namaste to my belly ha!

By far the best subway I’ve been too… it’s always soo full during the lunch rush, yet some how they manage to make your sandwich to perfection!

They are great … They make the sandwich exactly how you want it. Fast too… Great crew… Thank you.

Staff is very friendly and the manager (I think he was at least) was amazing! He was opening the door for customers, cleaning up the dinning area and helping behind the counter at the register. He asked me if I was traveling and when I told him I was driving to SF he offered for me to use the bathroom. Most interactive manager I’ve seen at an establishment in awhile.
I’ll make sure to stop back on my way through again!
