Vic’s Restoration & Construction

Not sure what rating this company deserves. My parents agree on getting a contract with this company after our house got burn back in March 16, 2015. One of the employees (David Luciano) gave our family the comfort we needed at the moment our house burn advising us that our house would be ready within 6 – 10 months like any contractor they want business and from all the ones that showed up that day David Luciano made us trust him. Very nice person and knowledgeable on how to convince the customer to get the contract with the company he works for. Almost 11 months later and here we are with a home unfinished. According to Juan one of the «project manager» said the home would be ready by November and nothing. We’ve try explaining couple of details we are not satisfied with the home to the owner of the company which is Victor and he refuses to listen to our concerns I myself had ask him to meet up at the house to explain to him and he does not acknowledge my messages. I just hope that once the home is complete I can come back and give you guys a better review. By the way he said he will invoice us $ 400 for a patio demolition he had to do because it had no permit. Now should I invoice him for my Yorkshire his employee let out of the property? And of course it won’t be a $ 400 invoice it will be much more. I think what he needs is good management and honest employees that will do the job and not just tell him they went and not do anything. Those employees just go to the house stay outside in there phone or just talking and not doing anything inside the home. I believe he should hire someone that can address the customers concerns since he is always busy and doesn’t have time to listen to his customers. Once the home is finish I will post new pictures of the job he did to the house. I have faith that at the end everything will look nice just hoping it does not take long. For now I’ll post pictures of what they’ve done to the home since May 2015 when Juan said they will start with the construction of the home. Victor I’m sure you’ll see this post and I really hope you get better management to help you out as an owner of a company you rely on your employees to do the job. Maybe hire new people.

As VIC’s Company remain at my home very professional and ROOM by ROOM this company just KEEPS AMAZING me. A FEW photos of such a AWESOME job. Not even finished yet. We are REMODELING our WHOLE home by this Company and wouldn’t change a thing. So far 2 bathrooms a CUSTOM bookcase. Thanks VIC AND COMPANY.

Do NOT get any work from these guys. The main guy, Victor, drives like a crazy asshole! He cut me off in the freeway, got in front of me and slammed on his brakes so I could rear end him. I can only speculate how his business is with such terrible attitudes! He likes to fight with women on the freeway. What a low-​life!!!

Honest Contractor! He backs up his work. I appreciate that he was willing to go the second mile to make me happy. Great prices. We interviewed several contractors and we don’t regret going with Vic. I have even recommended him to several of my friends who have had their kitchens and bathrooms remodeled too. I CAN’T TELL YOU HOW PLEASED I AM!!!
