Winchell’s Donut House

Mmm donuts! These donuts are the best! The employees are always sweet and helpful when I’ve gone. The parking lot kind of sucks because it’s so small. It’s shared between 4 or so businesses.
The other downfall is if you go late at night (which is when the donuts are freshly made mmmm), there can be a few sketchy looking people loitering outside :/

These are sooooo good. We came at night after having a bad experience at the yum yum shop on Hubbard. The older gentleman that helped us was just the sweetest and kindest person. Great service and yummy donuts. They have a lot of selections and even have cute mini donuts for the holidays. They have large selection of milk including Nesquik and Altadena.
Recommend for a late night run snack

The donuts here are pretty good especially the maple bar with bacon on it, but the customer service and atmosphere here is the absolute worst. First of all, every time i go here i want one of the fruit chilla drinks, the ones blended with ice and milk. Every single time, it’s been like four times now, they don’t have any of them availible, besides for maybe mocha and once they had pineapple. It was nighttime, but that is no excuse. You have a menu for a reason. Also the ladies that work there don’t speak a lick of English. I dont know Spanish and shouldn’t have to know it to order food in America who’s language is English, so ordering anything is a chore for me. There will also be about twenty hispanic men just hanging out outside making it appear shady. Im sure women are sketched out to go here because of it. On the inside there also will be about ten hispanic men watching spanish soap operas on the television who all look and stare at you when you walk in making it extremely awkward! This place needs a big time makeover!

Its not like the Winchells by my aunts place. gotta speak Spanish to get fast service. Had arrived and ordered before a few customer. and they ordered the same thing of course I started timing 25 min later. I asked for my money back. the lady apologized for being so slow but in reality it should be 1^st come 1^st served. not leave the american last cause he can wait

The worst!

the ham and cheese croissant could be 100x better. the ham they use is kinda weird. the ladies could be friendlier. ³⁄₅ because there was nothing/​no one that stood out.

The donuts are good, bagel sandwiches are okay. However, the service is poor. I waited about 15 minutes for an egg and cheese bagel. This last time, I was the 3^rd customer in line. When they finished with the current customer, they neglected to help the people already waiting and took an order from customers that had just walked in. The employees at the counter have a poor attitude, like it bothers them to take orders.

Worst place for fast food. I waited 27min just to get a bagel its good but costumer service is no good its every time they take for ever.
Regardless and no matter that you compliant as a costumer nothing is done to improve costumer service. don’t take my word go and experience it yourself. And please don’t forget to write comments.

This place has the worst service i have ever seen. If the service girls hate there jobs so much they should quit. they constantly treat you like your of no importance. This morning i went to get a croissant and was told to wait mind you there was no other customers and she was texting. i then told her my order while she looked at me as if i was stupid with idgaf written all over her face she didnt even let me finish before she cut me off. i ignored her thinking hey maybe shes having a bad day but it only gets worse. i get to work open my crossant and she burned the crap out of it not to mention got it all wrong when i called to let her know she hung up on me i will never go there again why waste my money on people like that.

DOUGHNUTS! DOUGHNUTS! DOUGHNUTS!!! They are the best in town. If you ever crave a doughnut just go to winchells they have a variety of doughnuts to choose from. When you take a bite of that delicious doughnut you will know what love is. That’s how I found out what true love really met.

Great service, & doughnuts! The Doughnuts are baked daily & by what I know 2 — 3 times daily by seeing what is needed to be baked more! The bagel sandwiches are also very tasty!

Worst service I’ve ever had in any place ever. The rudeness was completely inexcusable. 4am on a monday morning. The shop is completely empty and quiet. The girl working there is wearing her bitch face completely rushing my boyfriend and I who who have no clue what we want.
Donuts are donuts but when you’re sneering and interrupting everything I say with a huff, and eye roll and an «anything else?» it makes me never want to come here again.

Best everything bagel in the Northeast Valley. Their bagel sandwitches and Extreme bagels are the ssshhhh… Good price and good food. Their donuts are average. Good coffee.
