A Olympic Moving & Storage

I have used Pat and his team twice now to move from the City to Berkeley and more recently to Walnut Creek. The team is great — very efficient, friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well. I would use them again!

My friend recommended A Olympic, and we had a great experience with them last May. They quickly packed up our 1-​bedroom SF apartment, found a way to fit it all in their truck and moved it carefully and swiftly to our new home in the peninsula. They were friendly and worked really hard, and I was most impressed by how they made sure each box was put in the right room, re-​assembled furniture and carefully placed it right where we wanted it, and even put down the adhesive protectors on the furniture for us, to protect the hardwood floors. They made our move so much smoother and easier, and we highly recommend them without hesitation.

Olympic Moving was great. They managed to pack our 2BR apartment (in Brisbane) up and get everything moved to our new house (in San Bruno) and unloaded in 6 hours. The owner (Pat) was there working right alongside with his guys, and all three were very careful with our belongings and friendly to boot. Finally, the quote we were given was spot on and very reasonably priced. If I have to move again within the Bay Area, they’ll be the first company I call.

These guys are awesome. I have been using them since 1991 and they have always been superb. They show up on time, pack carefully, and deliver as promised. What more could you want from a mover? Their prices are reasonable and the workers are courteous and man, do they work hard. This last move was a challenge when the elevator broke down just as they were ready to move the heavy stuff. They hauled it up to the third floor and did it with a smile. Wow! And what’s more, nothing was broken.
This is a family run business and they take pride in what they do. I can only say positive things about Olympic Movers. I have referred my friends and family over the years and have always heard exceptional reports.
I am not a friend or family member and was not asked to write a review. I felt compelled to let the rest of you know that these are movers you can trust to do a good job at a reasonable price.

second move with these guys. pat very friendly estimator and manager. they beat their estimated time significantly. they were patient with one piece that barely made it up our stairwell but just was not small enuf to get into one room and painstakingly moved it back to the garage with absolutely no complaints. extra kudos for that one. they creatively got all our furniture into the house (minus that one piece) in lightning fast time including installing our bed frames and futon. great movers thanks again for a fast safe move at an incredible price.

I used Olympic moving to pack up my SF apartment and move everything to their storage facility. I called about 10 movers before these guys were recommended to me and they were the only ones to actually ask to see the apartment before giving me a not-​too-​exceed quote that was very reasonable. That instilled confidence right off the bat. The pack and move itself went very smoothly; they arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. Storage price also seems reasonable and I understand that access fees are, as well. Not that I want to have to go in and out all the time (it isn’t Public Storage) but they were very accommodating when I asked that certain items be made as easy to reach as possible. All in all, a good moving experience!
