We are San Francisco’s premier window cleaning service. We offer the original 5 part process cleaning including initial wet down, full scrape, re-​wet down, squeegee, touch up, and natural sponge wash of the lower sills and frame.

We Offer:

Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Solar Panel Cleaning, UV Film tinting, Scratch Removal serves. Promotions– $ 50 off to new clients (after our min of $ 150 is met). Also we are offering San Francisco’s only Home Spa– A full pressure wash of your home, followed up by a window cleaning. We are equipt to handle all of San Francisco’s residential market as well as low-​midrise buildings.

History

Established in 1994.

We originally started in business in 1994 in Colorado as we were all rock-​climbers and it seemed like a natural fit. After growing the business to approximately 400 clients, we decided to make the move to San Francisco, and offer our premium service to San Francisco’s residential clientele. After 11 years in business in the Bay area, we are now extremely proud of our 3000 + clients both int he city, and across the bay.

My name is Arrian Wheeler–

I’ve owned and operated Absolute Window Cleaning for 17 years total in both Colorado and San Francisco. I originally got into window cleaning via rock climbing, and wanted to get out of it since. I absolutely love the interaction and working relationships that we have with our clients, and I also love the challenges presented by San Francisco’s residential homes. It seems that nothing is straight forward in this town.

Super nice crew. Very knowledgeable and explained various options in depth before starting job — we have some tricky windows and some have fogging between the panes. They were careful to set expectations (which they exceeded). Did an OUTSTANDING job. Showed up on time, very respectful and kind to my mother. Couldn’t be happier!!!

I relied on Unilocal and it let me down with these guys. Two guys showed up and when they left, my freshly painted walls next to the windows were smugged with dirt and water stains. It was a relly messy job. Right before they left I discovered that they missed two windows in the bathroom (even though I was charged for them). They seems more interested in sticking to their tight schedule for the day, than doing the job properly. The owner of this company needs to better quality control in his hiring/​training. These guys bummed me out.

They could rename themselves «Awesome Window Cleaning.» Not only did they do an amazing job (and did our mirrors as a bonus), they
1) were very accommodating regarding my schedule that day,
2) were very careful not to track up our carpets (they wore booties),
3) showed us, correctly, the places where the other cleaners used previously had scratched our windows and made wet boot-​prints in our hardwood floor. Those old scratches and prints had always annoyed me, and I’m happy to say Absolute did not scratch or damage anything.
They also were nice guys, and charged less than the last person who cleaned our windows. We have giant windows, and now it’s like the view is right in our living room.

Yes, they’re expensive, but SO worth it. My previously grimy windows and skylights are now crystal clear! I was expecting the whole thing to be kind of an ordeal, but it was really no bother at all having these guys working in my house. They did take a long time (necessary to do a really good job on not-​easily-​accessible windows), but they were so quiet and unobtrusive I hardly knew they were there. And they really went above and beyond to be respectful of me and my home. For instance:
– They had to move a lot of furniture to get to the windows, but they carefully put everything back exactly where it was before. They even checked with me to make sure they’d replaced the sofa exactly the right distance from the wall.
– They stopped and wiped their shoes off by hand before each time they came in the house.
– When they left to get some lunch, they asked me if it was OK to leave their gear in the house, or if I’d prefer they took it with them.
– They re-​locked every single window after cleaning it.
There was no clean-​up to be done when the left, just nice clean windows! Definitely recommended.

Oh dear. So… I was relying on Unilocal (which i usually trust) to find a good window cleaner and this one (ok, made a mistake — only one review) seemed to rate well.
It was about double what i had ever paid before (so we’re talking slightly over 350) and i thought, well — surely the job they do will be so amazing it’ll be worth it.
alas…nein, no, nyet. terribly slow and honestly, I felt bad for the poor guys who were trying their best, but ultimately, egads — NEVER again. \
STRONGLY do not recommend.

I’m a real estate broker, and I’ve always had trouble finding someone reliable to make the windows sparkle in my listings – especially in some of these big old Victorian homes.
So now I’m selling my own house, and thought to look on Unilocal for a window cleaner. I called these guys are they were absolutely terrific! Mind you, my house is a top floor Victorian flat with more than 20 windows that are 8 ft. tall. Difficult access, hadn’t been cleaned in years, etc.
Arrian and his crew rose to the task and I was frankly amazed and how great things looked. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll call them again and you should too.
