Acacia Touch Healing, owned and operated by Susan McClendon, RD, CMT, was developed out of a passion for holistic health that addresses the mind, body and spirit, alternative healing, education, spiritual development and growth.

Business Owner

Susan has helped thousands of clients improve their health and well-​being over the past 17 years, first practicing as a Registered Dietitian in both hospitals and outpatient clinics. She has certifications in adult weight management, nutrition support, Reiki level II, Massage Therapy specializing in Acupressure and emotional balancing, and is a Certified Angel Card Reader.

Susan has been in private practice as an Energy Worker since 2009 providing Acupressure, Reiki, nutritional counseling, intuitive guidance and readings and teaching self-​care workshops. In 2014, she began a full-​time private practice and opened Acacia Touch Healing which serves clients in-​person in San Francisco and Larkspur, CA and via phone nationwide. Her goal is to promote healing on all levels and empower her clients.

It’s hard for me to write a review just because what Sue did for me cannot be put into words!
When I first went to see her, I felt extremely scattered, thoughts everywhere, lack of focus, and just uncomfortable in my own skin.
After a few minutes of guided meditation (provided by Sue), I laid on her table just felt my worries disappear. I can’t describe what happened or how it happened. All I know is that when the session was done, I was grounded, centered, and relaxed. I didn’t have any tension in my body, and I could feel my mind at ease.
I would highly recommend Sue for healing!!!

I just had a healing session with Sue and it was magical — unlike any other massage I’ve had. We had a grounding session, followed by a card reading and then experienced a bunch of different oils. We spent the majority of time on reikki and acupressure — I slept like a baby last night and woke up feeling great. She’s so much more than a massage therapist — she really was intune with what ails me and knew immediately where to work her magic. Highly recommend!

I am in a medical professional that requires lots heavy labor and motion. I have chronic shoulder and lower back issue.
I met Susan via our mutual friend. Understood she is a certified massage therapist whom does session a bit different from others, hence we connected. I had a session with her and boy, it sure was amazing. Before we start the body work she did a angel card on me; the reason is because we want to understand what’s the underlying cause that’s causing the emotional stress which tights to the physical stress. after the reading, then we moved on to the body work. the body work itself is quite spectacular. Not only she released the tension in both my shoulders and lower back, she also used different kinds of vibration and energy channeling thru my body. After the session, my shoulder’s range of motion has restore and also feel very refreshing. what a healer.

Susan changed my life. It’s as simple as that.
I found her online while looking for a nutritional therapist. I’ve suffered a lot of my life with eating disorders, looking for a reason as to why I was the way I was. During the first session with Susan I realized very quickly how gifted she is. She is very intuitive, her path as a healer comes off so naturally. She makes you feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings. Her knowledge of the physical body and emotional/​spiritual body allows her to tend to both pieces to the puzzle and get to the root of the problems.
There are times when you leave feeling totally free, and the other times when you don’t you find your way there shortly after with her advice.
Susan has helped me with emotional stress, eating disorder solutions, planning for the future, migraine relief, pms relief, and upper back pain relief. She is amazing. My life today is better because of her. I can’t express enough gratitude!
