Please never call this company for your own mental health. This business is run as a complete scam with a great quote, and then a terrible experience and upsell to follow. I would refer to him as a «technician» but this joker doesn’t deserve any title other than liar. The person showed up 3 ½ hours late to the appointment time and after glancing at the carpet he immediately said that it would require a «deep clean», which simply means he sprays a chemical on the floor before doing business as usual. He brought the price from the $ 69 quote to $ 180, to which I said the most I would do is $ 140 and he immediately accepted (should have seen why). He rushed through the job and left within 30 minutes from arrival to departure. The carpets seemed clean, but as they dried (which took two days), discoloration began to show pretty obviously. When I threatened to cancel the payment, they sent the same guy back to redo the job and he claimed it was his twin brother the last time. He tried to charge us a small amount for the visit but we told him to leave and we’d just cancel it all, after which he shut up and got to work. It was quite clear he was the same man even before he would reference «last time I was here» occasionally, while knowing the floor plan. Even after this the carpet was not clean, only a single carpet to do and they couldn’t clean it in two attempts. The best part is that there was only dirt in the carpet, DIRT! If they can’t get dirt out of a carpet what good is this company? Well I took out my own shop-​vac and finished off the bad areas for them and now the carpet looks decent. They can keep the money they stole, I truly never want to even speak to another person from this company. They lie with their quote, they lie to your face, they will try to upsell you in every way, and then even try to charge you again when they come to redo the job they couldn’t complete. This business is an utter embarrassment.

FRAUD!!! Do not use! Have your credit card company charge them back!

This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with in San Francisco. Let me break it down. On the day of the carpet cleaning– it was scheduled from 8am-​10am. No one showed up. I made repeated calls to the company but the phone went straight to voice mail. At 1130am, I finally got a phone call and a BS excuse about their failure to come clean the carpet and even to give me a call. Tom assured me that they would be at my apartment and done with the cleaning by 2:30pm. At 1:30pm, they still haven’t arrived at the apartment. Again, I received some BS excuse. We rescheduled the carpet cleaning to later that day between 4−5pm. At 415pm, I get a call from the «technician» that he couldn’t find parking and wanted to know what I could do about it. REALLY!!! Isn’t this a company that does business in SF?!? The technician was wining how he couldn’t find parking. Suffice it to say that this company is ridiculously unprofessional. The job that they did was mediocre at best. I will NEVER use this company nor recommend it to anyone!

I should have read the reviews on Unilocal before I called «All 4 U» cleaning, it was more like «All 4 me getting scammed».
I called to get a quote, he gave me an estimate for a special $ 69.00 cleaning, I said why not.
They gave me a two hour window and to my surprise they called me 15 minutes before and told me they were on there way.
He then proceeded and quoted me $ 180 more than what was quoted. Told he would take 30 minutes and was done in 10. I told him that $ 245 was a bit much and he didn’t even take out the stain, and to make things worse it looked like more stains were added!
He told us that if we paid cash it would be $ 180, I told him all I had was $ 160 cash but I could pay with a credit card.
He replied «that’s it?!» grabbed the cash and ran down the stairs, I chased after him telling him that if he’s taking the $ 160 I needed a receipt. He got into his van and refused to give me a receipt. I blocked him from leaving and told him I need a receipt he then proceeded to move forward and I did not budge. He told me to move and I refused.
He finally, yelled and threw the receipt out of his window and yelled profanity.
The receipt he gave me had only the total and the top of the page where the business name would be ripped off.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL SCAM!

Horrible experience from beginning to end.
Called them up, and I couldn’t hear what they said when they answered the phone, but I don’t think they mentioned their business name. Wondering whether I had the right number, I said I’d like to get my carpets cleaned. She asked me to hold; a minute later she had hung up on me.
I should have moved on at that point, but I stupidly called back. She said she tried to call me back but couldn’t find my number. That’s probably because she never took my number in the first place.
I told her what I wanted and she gave me a price quote and an appointment for the day I needed — a 2-​hour window.
When the day arrived, the tech called an hour early to say he was coming over — he had been given a different 2-​hour window, on hour earlier than what I was told. Fine, works for me, just give me a few minutes to be there.
When he got here, he immediately launched into the upsell. The price she quoted me was just for a basic steam clean, their lowest level of service, but I should really get the shampoo, and if I wanted to I could upgrade to the conditioner. It felt like a total bait and switch. I wanted to call the whole thing off right there, but he insisted that I would have to pay him $ 30 just to make him go away.
Well… look, will the basic steam clean get the dust and dirt out, never mind the stains? He shrugged and said something like «maybe».
Then he asked where he could fill his bucket with hot water. This did not bolster my confidence in the «steam» cleaning.
In the end, the carpets were still dirty — like, I could see some clods of dirt still in the wet and ugly carpet. What a waste of time and money. Next time I’m going to make sure that the carpet cleaner has one of those self-​contained trucks with a powerful cleaning system built-​in — this guy had the sort of carpet cleaning machine that I think I could have rented from the supermarket.
Oh well, not the end of the world, but definitely not a happy experience.
