Well, this is a little unorthodox, but here it goes. Usually you see Unilocal reviews from a Realtor’s actual clients. I am another SF Realtor who recently closed a deal with Allen. He represented the sellers and I represented the buyers. I wanted to give Allen a review because of my great experience working on the other side of the deal from him. He is very intelligent, responsive, fair, fun to work with, and an amazing advocate for his clients. I was very moved by how much he really cared about his clients and how dedicated he was to protecting their interests. He was able to get the best results possible for his clients while remaining an ethical, honest, cooperative, and highly respected agent. He has avery positive, can-​do attitude, and is the kind of agent that I hope to work with on every transaction!

Allen help me find and buy my very first home in South San Francisco. He showed me several of good places and ended up selling me my dream home :) He was so patient and easy to work with; I’ve recommended him to many of my good friends. When I am ready for my next home or any other type of property (he does commercial too), I will definitely ask Allen!
