I retained Philip Allingham to represent me in a Termination of Spousal Support Order. Given how difficult these cases can be to resolve, the lawyer I had retained during my divorce was not interested in pursuing the matter. I was referred to Mr. Allingham through my corporate resource service. I met with Mr. Allingham and provided him the information that was necessary to pursue the case. He explained the process steps and gave me a general sense of the different directions these cases can take. After the initial meeting we met via email or phone conference. Within several months the termination order was filed and resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend Philip Allingham in a family law case.
