Specialties
The vision of this restaurant, like its Palo Alto counterpart, is to offer a seasonal, regional, ecologically sustainable, unique and delectable menu with an extensive wine and cocktail list, a big bar menu and friendly service
Amber Dhara has evolved with time and the changing needs of its customers and patrons. Though steeped in its ancient traditions, it stands tall in its modern day avatar. Through its dishes and drinks, the place and concept reflect the vivacity of the diverse Indian culture in its contemporary settings.
The food menu has been crafted after extensive research by Vijay Bist, a connoisseur of Indian food and his team, particularly Head Chef Vittal Shetty and Chef Manish Tyagi. The chefs, in expressing their creations, integrate the typical Hindustani (Indian) style with the modern palate. We also cater to our vegan and vegetarian clientele.
