We are the team of experts that will assist our clients in policies and procedures to handle their financial statements so they can maximize their rate of return. Our experience and knowledge extends in completing and interpreting financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Statement of Cash Flows, Accounts Receivable Reports and Account Payables.

Additionally our services include coordinating Payroll and Human Resource functions for our clients.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere where our client is focusing on their core business mode and we are there to attend to their other needs allowing them to utilize their time efficiently.

History

Established in 2007.

Apex began its doors as a request from a single client and in 5 years has grown to over 60 clients and a staff of 5 which strive for excellence in both our work and customer service. We continue to grow and make sure that our clients needs are meet.

Business Owner

Starting with one client in 2007, APEX Bookkeeping has grown to more than 60 clients within five years. The key to Alan’s success is the ability to make clients feel at ease and comfortable. Each client knows that Alan’s commitment to them will always entail their best interest and that of their organization.

Alan comes to the business with experience working in an accounting firm and as the accounting manager of 20 million dollar retail orginization.

Alan education is with a Master in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
