I just used Auto In Motion and I had great service. He came to the car at the Caltrans parking lot in Oakland to take me back to SF. Will was on time, fast, honest, had a flatbed and great service. I would definitely call on Auto In Motion for any unforeseen auto problems in the future. I know my car will be safe until it’s seen by AAA and then taken to the auto body shop. Highly recommended…

Service was good but rediculous estimate on towing from 19^th avenue SF to Daly City. One of the review said that it was affordable. The towing guy told me it was $ 500 easy to have it tow within the city and I had it tow not even 8 miles. I understand if it was a little higher rate due to my car was in an island between traffic on going from both direction and he had a flatbed tow truck. I had to bargain with him to get a better deal because with that price, most people would not want to pay for it. He show one receipt of what other had pay for. The next day I had my car tow to an auto shop which cost me $ 65 from Daly City to downtown SF (O’farrell street) and it was also a flatbed. That is a deal. Anyways, he was a nice guy but I think he should do some price adjustment and make it more «AFFORDABLE» to get more business. As you can see, he only has three reviews for his good customer service plus mine to make it 4 exact.

Called first thing in the morning (7:30am) and they were there as promised 30 minutes later. Good customer service and affordable. They have both a tow truck and a flatbed. Cash and checks, no credit cards. Recommended.

Last week my husband came out to his car at SF State to find it dead. I googled for a tow near 94 132 and got Will at Auto in Motion. He knew exactly where the SF State parking garage was, figured out it was the alternator, jumped the car, and then replaced the alternator himself! In about 90 mins total my husband was back on the road. Now THAT’S what I call service!
