This was my first «official» year doing my taxes with this company. Previously I was only the dependent of my parents, who come to «Ayuda» more often than once a year because they also manage their investments here. As my dad advised, I came here to finally do taxes for myself. The tax preparer was very efficient and knowledgeable. He worked fast but took the time to answer all of my novice questions until I was satisfied. I can now see why my dad has come here for so many years. All of the staff I met are bilingual and kind, you are treated like family, and you are truly given «Ayuda”/ «Help.»
