Founded in 1993, Baughman and Wang is one of the most respected law firms serving the Chinese community in the United States. 王小禾律师

王小禾律师于1983年从中国西南政法大学毕业后，留校任教2年。随后，王律师来到美国求学。1985年至1986年在哥伦比亚大学法学院做访问学者，后又在加州大学伯克利分校获得法学硕士，在加州大学海斯汀分校获得法学博士。1985年，王律师获得中国律师执照。1993年获得加州律师资格，成为加州的执业律师。

王律师与鲍夫曼律师于1993年成立了鲍夫曼和王律师事务所。自成立之日起，王律师就致力于移民法，尤其是商业移民、递解出境和庇护、上诉办公室和上诉委员会的移民上诉事务，比如因FBI姓名调查或移民局拖延案件、或者向移民上诉法庭对上诉办公室的决定进行上诉等。

在过去的19年中，鲍夫曼和王律师事务所代表了许多个人及中小企业办理H-1B和L-1签证的申请、EB-5投资移民签证、大型复杂的诉讼和涉及国际交易的公司诉讼。无论案件大小，我们的目标只有一个：为客户提供积极、有效率、有效益的法律服务，确保在案件完成后，客户感到满意，并会回来继续寻求我们的法律服务。我们的记录证明，我们已经接连不断地实现了这一目标。
