History

Established in 2013.

Ours is a story of four friends who grew up in Armenia in close-​knit families where food was of central importance. It brought our families together as we would gather around to eat, connected generations as age-​old recipes were passed from one to the other and made us appreciate our history.

When we immigrated to the United States, we longed for the tastes and smells of the food that reminded us of home. We also saw that, with ever-​increasing pace of life, traditional preparation methods and recipes were being set aside because they were time-​consuming. Not having found a place that provided the kind-​of delicious food we were craving for, we decided to open Beluga Banquet Hall and Catering.

Meet the Manager

Edouard P.

Manager

A native of Moscow, Chef Edouard Panchenko started his culinary career early in life. At the age of 16, he began his studies at a culinary school in Moscow„ and later furthered his education at the Russian State University of Trade and Economics. Chef Panchenko has served as chef of several successful dining and banquet locations in Moscow as well as Europe, including Florence, Italy, and Barcelona, Spain, mastering the intricacies of preparing various cousines.

Blending his Russian roots with his international training, Chef Panchenko creates authentic traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Guests at the Beluga Banquet Hall can look forward to experiencing an array of mouthwatering foods where the flavors speak for themselves.
