Hi! I’m a licensed massage practitioner in the Bay Area with over 7 years of experience. My studied modalities include swedish, deep tissue, joint mobilization, trigger point, beginning thai and pre/​postnatal massage.

I view each massage treatment like a new choreographic project, using movements and techniques that apply to the body’s need in that particular moment. My strength and fluidity comes from a background in dance which I feel has guided my massage practice and instilled in me a true love of the structure, ability and movement of the body. My specialities and real love are working with pre-​natal clients and on the other end, deep tissue/​trigger point particularly in the back, shoulder and sacrum.
