Builder-​Max, Inc. is a California corporation and was established in city of San Francisco by Maksim V. Aprelenko. Since the start, Builder-​Max, Inc .has provided construction services in private and public sectors. All provided work is done within license classification. Builder-​Max maintains Performance and Payment Bonds, Commercial General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances at all times. From the start, Maksim is leading Builder-​Max quality of work to the level of his personal achivements. This high standard of quality work been achived in the past twelve years. Many home owners in San Francisco and Marin County been satisfied with Maksim’s work and reffered him to others. When work load exceeded one man operation practice, Maksim established Builder-​Max, Inc. and hired different construction professionals for getting job done. Maksim V. Aprelenko is license general building contracor and principal officer of Builder-​Max, Inc. Maksim had learned carpenters skills during twelve years of construction work on different projects in Bay Area. Carpenters skills included rough framing and finish trimwork, windows and doors installation, deck and siding installation, skylight and metal flashing fabrication and installation. Also, Maksim has learned lath and plaster skills, gypsum board installation and tapping. One of the area of expertise that makes Maksim outstanding professional is weather and water protection of wood dwellings around windows and doors. Maksim applies knowledge and understanding of building components and Building Codes in everyday practice.
