C & P Auto Body Repair

I want to thank Carlos Jr for his satisfactory service! I brought my car in for body repairs and he did an excellent job. I always feel uneasy and usually deal with dishonest people, but Carlos provided me with great customer service and efficiency. He is a humble and hardworking man and I would definitely recommend him.

What a great find! I had my bumper repaired here this week and the work was reasonably priced, finished when promised and looks fantastic. Anything pertaining to cars makes me feel like «here’s my wallet» but not here. This is an honest, family run business that I am happy to recommend.

Carlos is an honest businessman with tough-​skin and stern demeanor. Don’t be offended by his straightforward approach. If you don’t click with that, he’ll likely refer you to someone else. Otherwise, he really gets sh*t done and knows what he’s doing. Would consider doing more business with him for some body customization aside from repairs.

Highly recommend getting any kind of work on your car done here! The auto repairs and body work were done without any delays and DONE RIGHT. My Honda Odessey use to always pull to the left and Honda kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. After coming here, my alignment is back to perfect and car runs better than ever. This guy is a jerk. I went there to get an estimate and he gave me a bunch of attitude. He told me to go to Earl Scheib.

I had a fender bender and wanted to have it repaired quickly. I had to admit I was skeptical of this place but I checked B.B.B. and they checked out good. The owner was nice person. The owner assured me the work is guaranteed and the paint job has a two year warranty. I had to admit the work was excellent. thumbs up !!!

First off, the quality of work here is flawless and that alone deserves a good review. Their rates and service are just as awesome and I can honestly say money well spent really does feel good!
The first time here I had my truck door repainted and I was super happy with the result. So happy that I decided to have the front and rear of my other car repainted along with some other little fixes. These guys came through on time and right on budget!

Today was my second visit to C&P Auto Body Repair to have my front brakes replaced. Carlos Jr. was very helpful and easy to work with from the moment I called with my inquiry to picking up my car when it was ready. Carlos Bonilla Sr. was a nice to speak with as he shared a little bit of the ongoings of being a small business owner. A really nice delight while the paperwork was being completed.
My first visit was to replace my rear tail light which I damaged backing into a fire hydrant lol whoops! At that time the service and quick turnaround exceeded my expectations as it did today. I highly recommend this place for your auto body needs.

Just got my car back today and I had to write a positive review for C&P. I had a really large dent and paint damage on my minivan sliding door from a scrape against a parking garage wall. It was the kind of damage that needed a professional body shop, but since I have a high deductible, I wanted to avoid going through my insurance company. C&P gave me a fair quote for getting the door back to looking new. They finished the work on time as promised and gave me a call as soon as the work was done. The car looks great and I am really happy with their work.
Carlos Sr. and Carlos Jr. run the shop and both were friendly and easy to work with. They had a lot of classic cars in the shop being restored and those were beautiful– a great testament to the care they put into their work.

I just came from this place and was certainly disapointed with their attitude and general lack of customer service. I brought in my fiancé’s car and asked if they could the repair the damages for around to 4 – 4.5k. To which the owner (a short and malicious looking man) replies, «that’s alot of fuckin damage for 4k». Granted that it may have been alot of damage, one still would prefer to not be spoken to that way. I asked them to give me a full estimate anyways, and that was on Friday. By tuesday I still hadn’t received a call back. I called them and a man answered with immediate attitude explaining why they did not do an estimate at all. So it turns out that after more than three days of having my car they hadn’t even performed the estimate because they thought that it would be more than the amount i had mentioned I wanted to pay, but to not do the estimate at all? Then not to even call me. PS I understand some spanish and when I first walked in and asked for service the owner told his nearest flunky, «oh great, now i have to deal with this idiot». Needless to say, I do not recommend this autobody shop.

I took my car to this Auto Body shop three times through a span of 2 years and each time I had a great experience and was very satisfied with the body work. It is a family owned shop and the son took really good care of me! He contacted my insurance company and took care of everything. I did little to get involved because he made me feel like I could trust him. Since I had a good experience I feel they deserve recognition. The location is very easy to find and it’s close to the freeway and bus lines. The hours are pretty reasonable and so are the prices. On top of it all the customer service was excellent! Thanks guys for such a good experience and the peace of mind knowing my car was taken care of and for being such a trusworthy team! I’d recommend this place to family & friends-​NO DOUBT!

I just picked my car up yesterday and im thrilled with the work performed. I was recently involved in an accident and received a check from the insurance company for the damages. C&P was able to repair the damages to my car for a fraction of what other shops estimated. My car looks brand new again and it only took them a day and a half to perform the work. Im extremely happy and would refer my friends and family to them. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy but they have a huge indoor garage where all the work is performed and the cars are stored. I cant say enough great things about these guys.
