I love this place! Among the food court, this place offers a good quality of sandwich and salad! All of them are fresh! Desert is also good! I would recommend their daily special! Half sandwich + half salad for 8 bucks. Expresso bar is also good! I’ve tried their drip, coffee bean quality is also as good as blue bottle. And another tip is by the end of the day, a lot of items are half off!

I try to find an email to contact the business directly but there is nothing I could find online. I bought the roasted beef sandwich and kale salad for my boyfriend and gave him this for dinner and this caused him to get FOODPOISING. I am utterly upset, and hope to receive a full on refund as well as sometime of apologize. He threw up all the food he had exactly the items I bought him and had to cancel an important meeting for work since he is sick now. Very awful. Hope to hear from management soon otherwise I will be contacting the gm of the food court.

Wow: $ 5.25 for a small latte and no cinnamon or other accoutrement. Also, subpar latte. Soooo overpriced!

Asked the lady at the register what to drink. She said cold brew but I had the New Orleans cold brew earlier today at Blue Bottle and didn’t like it. So, she rang me up for an ice Cuban latte and Two Faced Tuna(not warmed up, it’s hot outside!) 13 $ total. Ouch! The mouth watering tuna sandwich that looked so pretty I was scared to eat it. It was called two faced tuna… which made me say a little prayer for the killed fish I ate. Sad thing about the almost perfect pricey small portioned sandwich is that the edged of the bread were dried out. I watched eye candy with an accent make my iced Cuban and he called out my name it sounded like I was on a beach somewhere. Slowly put the lid on it after taking a sip of a-little-too sweet heaven and hesitantly backed away from the counter… taking a spot nearby so I could stalk a little longer. Come here for coffee and eye candy.

I worked at a nearby retail store for about two years and came here nearly every single day for a New Orleans Iced Coffee. Max points for the coffee and max points for the service. I still miss going down to the ground floor of Westfield and chopping it up with the owner on my lunch breaks.

I work in the mall, and I come here all the time to get boba! I especially love their Jasmine and taro milk tea. Here are their pricings: Regular size $ 3.50 Large size $ 4.50 Sounds like a lot, but their cup sizes are bigger than most places so you get your money worth. Also! By 8pm, they have their salad and pastries ½ off! A late and cheap dinner would do! Cheers!

I come here almost everyday. Their menu is perfect for me. I love Rawsome Tuna Salad, organic, spicy & well ingredient. I love affogato which I drink everyday. They’re the only people that make my drinks perfect.

Coffee is DELICIOUS and STRONG! I had the Cuban Mocha… or maybe columbian… lol…they were all so different and unusual to me. If the employees could have explained the differences or if they even smiled, this would have been 5 stars. The coffee here really is delicious! What an unexpected treat! We went to u ion square Mac to get our make up done and just got lucky by passing this gem! YUM!!! And get ready to be wired! Lol! I got the smallest size mocha and zinggggg! Same with my friend, but she had a latte. We both wanted to go back the next day…1.8 miles in the city equals like 20 minutes in the car though lol. ;)

I really like Caffe Central. I come here almost every day for lunch and they never let me down. I always get the special because I can choose any salad I want(and they have many) and the focaccia bread is delicious. I don’t much care for the tuna sandwich, but it’s delicious all the same and for the price(under $ 7) it’s the best meal you’ll get in the Westfield Food Court. Not to mention their desserts look delicious(I have yet to try one only because I am frugal) and they serve delicious Blue Bottle Coffee. I recommend Caffe Central to anyone who is in the mall and wants something happy and healthy and delicious to eat.

I work in the area and I tried it because the food looked like it would be pretty good. It was OK. But the staff seemed a little clueless and really not too friendly. I eat in the mall almost everyday but will most likely not be eating here again. If the food was a bit better it may make up for staff.

Mayo madness. Chicken olivieh sandwich looked awesome. Mix of organic chicken breast, carrots, peas, olivieh, potatoes and eggs on a roll. Most offerings are already made but they were out and made one fresh. No aioli was no problem. As was a free side of hummus. Such a friendly staff. Appreciated it all. What was not asked was the definition of olivieh: Loyal readers know mayo is actively avoided. But after finishing this rather generous in size and flavor $ 5 sandwich decided to retroactively postpone that rule for one day. Call it temporary madness.

I’ve been a frequent customer of this food shop since they opened a few years ago. I just didn’t think to add my 2 cents about it on Unilocal until today because of what I had this afternoon: Grilled Garden Salad with Chicken. Such a tasty mélange of vegetables(asparagus, yellow squash, cherry tomato, eggplant) roasted and tossed in vinaigrette with some diced chicken thrown in. The vegetables were cooked just enough to bring out their flavor but retained their crispiness and their essence. This was a recent addition on their salad menu and I fervently wish that they keep it on offer. But in general, I just love being able to have quality food at the amount I want, so I don’t end up overeating or having to take food home that I may not want later. Occasionally changing some offers keep the more regular customers’ interests, just make sure the garden salad is offered often!

Update 8−20−15… Went to get a piece of pumpkin bread for a friend. The weird looking owner guy turned me away and refused to serve me because of my review on Unilocal. My opinion, you shouldn’t do bad service and serve bad uncooked food and then get mad that people are upset! But honestly, Im not upset about 1 Caffe place when there are tons in SF which are better and won’t make you sick. If you have a weak stomach, go somewhere else. They should serve free Pepto Bismal to everyone after they order. I work in the mall, so this place is convenient. The staff aren’t that friendly most times though. If you don’t tip them they will remember you next time hahaha. The food is just ok. I found the tuna sandwich to be pretty good but sometimes tastes like freezer or refrigerator taste. ****Update**** I went in for one last try on 2−28−15 since I work in the building. I hadn’t eaten all day so I ordered the tuna sandwich. Everything seemed ok until about hour later. I got super sick! Vomiting violently and went home early sick. I literally had to vomit out all the contents of that horrible tuna sandwich!!! I called the following day and talked to the manager tried to diagnose me with some other sickness rather than food poisoning. She scoffed and said our tuna is not made in-house, it’s made at the main location so she has no clue what they do there. She said there is nothing that she can do. I’m already exploring my options! In the meantime, do not eat there!!! You will get extremely sick with no accountability on their part.

This is my preferred spot to caffeinate when I am in the Westfield mall. They serve Blue Bottle, which everyone knows is top-shelf coffee. Prices are a bit spendy($ 4.00 for a twelve ounce latte, 50 cents extra for soy or almond milk), but it’s worth it. It’s now 4:22pm; I ordered my drink about five minutes ago, and it is one of the best soy lattes I’ve had. Rich, creamy, smooth, with a nice foamy top and a pretty rosetta on top. Oh, and the barista was pretty handsome, to boot! I’m so happy to have a legit place to re-fuel. I was in great need of an energy boost, as I was literally falling asleep at a table. All coffees and lattes seem to be served to-go. I would definitely tack another star on if they had ceramic cups to enjoy«for here». The mall has free wi-fi, so you can goof around on the internet as you sip your brew… or just write more Unilocal reviews. ;)

This review is based on the service. The line was not that long with 5 people in front of me. I had been recommended by a friend the day before to try the Cuban condense milk latte. When I came to the register I asked the gentleman about the recommended drink. He gave me the answer that«it sweet… If you like that» kind of answer. Okay, so I proceeded to check out and then ask about the bagged beans to buy and what he recommended. He answers, «this one is what we use here is good and the others I’m not sure.» Then just stared at me … Well I guess I didn’t have much information to go off of, although I know I had a limited window to get information. My feelings were he thought I wasn’t going to purchase it, but I ended up getting one of the Blue Bottle’d bags(because it’s Blue Bottle) to try and he was surprised. No reinforcement as a sales/customer service related person myself. And I tipped because I know this industry well. I think this Caffé is really cute but the service they are worker bees and no knowledge of what products they are selling/serving because I asked other questions to buy more and was given one worded responses … Not sure I’ll be coming back let alone trusting of the food.

NOTE: Strictly for their milk teas. I bought a small Taro Milk Tea with boba for $ 3.50, and although the size was plenty perfect for me, the taste was not. I was really craving my taro, and this stuff was not okay. It tasted extremely bland, with hardly any powdered taro and not that much milk either. My friend waited significantly longer than I did, probably around 10 minutes, compared to 5 minutes, for her lychee green tea with mango jelly. Hers was really tart but that’s what green tea tastes like, so I preferred her over mine and we pretty much traded drinks. In the end, I would really discourage anyone getting milk tea from here, particularly the taro milk tea.

Bakery and café in the food court of Westfield mall of San Francisco on the bottom floor. Drink: 1. Small Milk Tea no pearls: The small is huge which was perfect for me since I usually order larges. It is a sweet milk tea which was so delicious. I like all milk teas and have definitely tasted an assortment of on the verge of bitter to extremely sweet. This is a good balance. Ambience: More of a take out place. Offers different pastries, sandwiches, wraps, and salads displayed in a case. Many people dine in the food court area. Customer Service: Thoughtful and considerate. I found out afterward I could order honey in my tea which they mix into the blend. They also offered to try the current blend I had now, advising that the honey mixed in makes it very sweet. I stayed with my original order then. Overall I would recommend because the bubble tea is delicious. I intend to try the other flavors in the future.

A great little find in the food court at Westgate Mall. This place is located on the bloomingdales side and offers a variety of premium café style foods, such as, pastries, sandwiches, salads, quiche, and desserts. They also offer blue bottle coffee here. I got a roast beef sandwich with a side of summer watermelon salad.(which you can add on for 2 $) The sandwich was pretty large. It came on this awesome bread. They ask you if you want it toasted and I’m glad I opted for a toasted sandwich. The bread comes out perfectly crispy and the cheese was slightly melted. I really enjoyed my sandwich. My boyfriend got a croque monsieur and a cuban iced coffee. It’s a really cheesy sandwich with a little bit of ham on the inside. I’m not joking when I say really cheesy, it’s a cheese overload! He did not like it that much. He said the bread was soggy and it was really greasy. The cuban coffee, on the other hand, was amazing! I highly recommend it. I was pretty bummed that I didn’t get one of my own. Prices are pretty decent considering it’s in sf.
