I sent them a couple of pictures and moments later they called me back with an offer for the car that was on the higher end of what I was expecting. Next, they scheduled a pickup time and came with a tow truck to haul my car away. It felt almost surreal how quickly everything started happening from that one phone call. I didn’t even have to worry about going to the DMV or any of that non-​sense; they took care of everything for me after that point.
A superb experience that I have already been raving to my friends about, although I hope that no one will ever have to go through what I did, Cash For Cars gave this a pleasant ending. I dealt with Cash For Cars in San Francisco last weekend, and my experience with them was great. First
off, the people that they have working at the company are so kind hearted. They were super interested
in helping me. I honestly haven’t had such excellent customer service in a long time. Anyway, basically
the company asked me some information over the phone, and then they calculated an offer on my car. I
was happy with it. So, obviously I accepted the price and that’s when they arranged to come and pay me
for the car.
They got someone over to my place fairly quickly. I called in the afternoon and they had someone over
at my place the next morning. The representative did a quick look over the car, started it up. Then, they
paid me and took care of the paperwork with me. Next thing they did was load up my car on the tow
truck and took it away. Let’s just say I’m pretty impressed with how easy it was to sell my car. I will
never be placing another ad on craigslist again. I’ll stick with Cash For Cars, as it can’t get much easier
than this.
