The nurse at the reception is moody and sometime can be very rude with you. She gives you appointments by the phone but the doctor doesn’t show up all the time, and it’s going to be your fault!
Doctor and nurse (I assume they are related somehow) talk each other all the time in front of you in their own language (philippino?) putting patients in a very uncomfortable situation. Doctor Ortiz is very old, and doesn’t see anymore what is doing (please try to avoid to get an injection from him, it can be dangerous).

I sprained my ankle and needed to see a doctor quick (to get a note for work and a «perscription» for physical therapy). I found that Dr. Ortiz was close to home, a provider in my network and had appointments available immediately… However, the lack of an elevator made it hard for me on crutches, the waiting room was shabby, and the doctor’s assistants did more for me than Dr. Ortiz. He’s a little old and I’m sure he knows his stuff, but I wasn’t confident that I was getting the best service.
