We met Charlotte at an open house in San Francisco. As picky first-​time buyers, we searched for several months to find the right fit in a Realtor. Charlotte impressed us immediately with her professionalism, vast knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market, and friendliness. We worked together for several months, and she was accessible at all hours to answer our many questions. Plus she has extensive experience in remodeling homes, so she can advise you on fixer-​uppers!
One important characteristic that really stood out for us about Charlotte: She’s a great listener. We gave her a lot of details regarding what we were looking for in a property and she took all that information, processed it, and used it to help her search for places that truly matched our vision. She was also respectful and understanding when we didn’t like a property. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us on places that weren’t quite what we were searching for, both of which we really appreciated.
She recently relocated to North Carolina. If she begins working in real estate again, you’d be hard-​pressed to find a better agent! Charlotte is great!

There is not one, not a single negative thing to be said about Charlotte. my wife and I just finished up purchasing a cheap home in the city. Cheap being operative, and Charlotte worked for us like she was getting the commission off of a 20 billion dollar property.

Wow. I still can’t believe my boyfriend and I are living in the spectacular new condo that Charlotte helped us find and close the deal on. She really listened to our needs (down to the smallest detail) and was very passionate about finding us the perfect place.
She was understanding of our tight budget and large list of demands in a place to live. We were looking for something in a safe neighborhood, with parking, at least 1 bdrm/​1 bath, close to public transportation, close to shops and restaurants, move-​in ready, over 700 sq ft. the list goes on and on. My husband and I were first time home buyers and pretty overwhelmed, THEN we met Charlotte — SCORE! She actually made the whole experience a lot of fun! We had a «foggy» idea of what we wanted and Charlotte worked hard on finding what we wanted, but she also showed us properties and neighborhoods we would not have looked at if we were on our own. I loved working with Charlotte, she explained to us the stuff we did not know (which was a lot) and she did so with total patience, and she seemed to really enjoy teaching us what we needed to know. My wife and I are first time home buyers, buying property anywhere is an undertaking, buying for the first time in San Francisco can be overwhelming and disappointing. Charlotte has faithfully held our hand for the past 5.5 months and has been our champion. It didn’t matter that we didn’t have a huge budget to work with compared to other people buying homes, she still had the time of day for us and we probably looked at well over 50 different places. She walked us through a short sale that feel through early on in our process and she helped us get back on the house hunting horse and we are now closing on our place in Alamo Square within the week. Charlotte has listened to us, sunk hours into us and worked her butt off for us. Even though we had taken some home buying classes Charlotte still needed to explain a lot to us and was very patient in doing so. In an extremely slow market for older condos in a very tough year for real estate, Charlotte has left no stone unturned to bring buyers to our open houses. As anyone who has been through the process knows, buying your first home can be overwhelming. From our very first meeting to the day we closed, Charlotte guided us through the process with both her professionalism and when we needed it, humor. We trusted her implicitly, valued her judgment, and appreciated the space she gave us to make our own decisions. In the end, we could not have done this without Charlotte’s help! Since our purchase closed, Charlotte has stayed in touch and has continued to provide helpful advice (like providing us with information on getting our first-​time home buyer tax credit) and keeping updated on our progress with the tenant situation. Despite our unique situation and challenges faced, Charlotte made this a very enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend her!
