Established in 1982.

We are a cutting edge law firm of San Francisco personal injury attorneys with deep roots in the San Francisco legal community. Our founder, Vasilios Choulos began his practice with Melvin Belli in the 1950s. Vasilios left Belli in 1981 and we opened our firm in 1982. Both George Choulos and Claude Wyle learned their skills from George’s father Vasilios, and we carry on his fine traditions of client focused service and aggressive creative advocacy. While Vasilios was a trial lawyer who practiced in many fields of law, George Choulos and Claude Wyle have devoted their practice to representing clients with serious injuries and survivors of wrongful death. Because of our lifelong love of motorcycling and bicycling, we have a sub-​specialty in representing survivors of motorcycle accidents and bicycle accidents. We support both motorcycle and bicycle advocacy groups and charities and are actively involved in promoting safer roadways for motorcyclists and bicyclists and pedestrians.

I highly recommend Choulos Choulos And Wyle. Claude was extremely professional and did what he said he would, even though I kinda dropped the ball on my end. Always promptly returned my calls and answered my questions. Hopefully I won’t need his services again, but if I do I will go to him without hesitation. I had an unfortunate accident on my motorcycle where the other party refused to settle. I turned to Choulos, Choulos and Wyle at the recommendation of a friend who’s known them for a long time. I’m so glad i chose them to represent me. Especially George who was my lawyer.
First of all let me say that the best thing about them is that they really care. Not just about your lawsuit but they care about you. Throughout this ordeal it was great to know you have them on your side, working hard for you. They are honest, straight forward and experts in what they do.
My case went all the way to trial and George and Faye kicked ass. They are organized and very responsive. They assisted me and got me thru this ordeal. We won the case and they were able to get thru all the web of lies the other party had made up.
And even after the case was done George was able to negotiate down the lean that my health insurance had over my medical bills to less than 1⁄3 of the total amount.
And did I say that george and Claude are also riders?
All i can say is thank you to George and his staff for being awesome.

George Choulos and his team are THE place to go in SF for any motorcyclists who are victims of a car driver’s inattentiveness, like I was. George went to bat for me, not only with the driver’s insurance, but also with mine thanks to my uninsured motorist coverage (one of the best decisions I ever made!). George is a motorcyclist himself so understands riders, and he knows the business very well.

This month marks four years since my motorcycle accident. And now, I can finally put everything behind me. We finally closed my case last week and Claude has done an exceptional job.
The individual responsible for my auto accident unfortunately only had state minimum liability. That said, Claude was able to get policy limits from the insured and the rest of the case was a matter of negotiating down the liens placed on me. I had medical expenses in the 5-​figure range which Claude was able to negotiate down into a 3-​figure number. Amazing! My only constructive comment is that there were a few instances where communication with Claude and his paralegals/​assistants could have improved a bit. But a minor complaint given the results. And besides, these are busy folks and for good reason. They do great work!
I hope no one I know ever needs an accident attorney. But if they do, I’ll definitely send them to CC&W.

I tried to close a heavy metal gate in a garage and it came off the tracks and fell on me, crushing my body and trapping me underneath. I am really impressed with Claude Wyle and his staff. I was involved in a motor vehicle collision when riding my motorcycle in San Francisco, and had a police report citing me as 100% at fault. Claude convinced all parties involved that the police report was inconsequential and got me a settlement of policy limits without me having to deal with the courts directly, any other lawyers, judges or claims representatives. Brilliant. He also worked some magic with the settlement dispersal to make sure I was taken care of and got the most cash at the end of the proceedings.
Hopefully I won’t require further legal services, but if I’m involved in anything else I know where I’m going: Claude Wyle.
