History
Established in 2005.
I have been a Personal Trainer out of the Bay Area for the last 6+ years. I have been active (lifting weights/bodyweight) since my mid teens. As a young kid I studied Karate and as a young adult I studied boxing, muay thai & krav maga. I was always a skinny kid, so learning how I can modify my body to be as lean and strong as possible has always been a passion, as well as learning how to defend myself. For the last 15 years I have been experimenting with different exercise methods and systems. I apply «the truth» to my training which is why my clients reach their goals as fast and safe as possible. Through trial and error I know what works and more importantly I know what doesn’t work.
