Chris truly is as good as it gets! He helped me close on a house over the holidays in record time. He anticipated everything I might need ahead of time, and when I found the perfect house and it was Go Time, Chris made sure it all fell into place seemlessly. He is a pleasure to work with and made what can be a very stressful process manageable. There are times during the process of purchasing a home that are uncomfortably out of my control; will the sellers choose my offer?, will the bank approve my loan?, will the appraisal come in at asking?, etc… But working with Chris I felt a wonderful sense of relief that he had everything that we could control under control. I had complete confidence in him. He is reliable, available when I needed, and he is very good at his job. And to me, one of the most important things is that he seems to really enjoy what he does and enjoy the people he is working with. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. He is the best.

First off, Chris is absolutely amazing to work with. He’s responsive, informative and treats you like a friend and family. It’s this kind of over the top service that drew us to working with him.
During our time working with Chris we always felt like he had our best interests in mind and would explain all the options and recommending helpful tips that we perhaps were not aware of. I have worked with other lenders in the past and felt like they were out to maximize profits for themselves. Not Chris though, it was clear he was working on our behalf and to make us feel comfortable.
As first time home buyers Chris helped us to really feel comfortable with what we were getting into. At no point was there pressure and always he was re-​assuring and there for us when we had our «freak out moments». It was this sort of over the top effort that again made us sure we were working with the right lender.
Lastly Chris worked amazingly with our real estate agent. He was always in lock step with her, communicating and getting back to her with anything needed to facilitate the close of the house (which was done quickly!)

I first met Chris in 2009 when he helped me with the loan for my new condo purchase. It was the mid of the subprime mortgage crisis, credit was strict and it was extremely difficult for borrowers to get loans. But Chris was so awesome and knowledgeable; he helped me navigating through the new rules & requirements by the banks and got me a great loan within a month. I was so impressed with Chris, I promptly recommended him to my 2 brothers for their purchases in the same year and to all my friends. Couple purchases and few re-​finances later, Chris still is my «go to» guy for loans. We worked with Christopher while closing a mortgage on our home in Berkeley. He was recommended to us by my brother and despite the market being out of control wild, he made the time for us every time we had a question. He was extremely knowledgable and patient with us even though we were total newbies and had no idea what we were doing. Just recently we refinanced and albeit going with a different company (cash call and I don’t recommend them), he took the time to help us get a lower rate and this in no way helped him. Just us.
