I came in to this branch when I had a problem with my Citibank credit card. There was no wait and Angela Lam, one of the assistant bank managers, was very patient and understanding as she sat me down and helped walk me through rectifying the situation. I was able to exit the bank with the problem resolved in no small part due to her friendly assistance.

Employees are very nice and accomodating here. I am always greeted when I come in, not too overwhelming. Vicki was very helpful and nice. I was offered a college credit card (?) for students, but they weren’t pushy about it so I didn’t feel pressured. It’s nice and quiet too. I got to relax a bit after an exhausting day at work.

I LOVE this Ctibank branch! It is not the nearest to my home, but is close to where my children attend school. I am always pleasantly surprised by the service I receive at this branch, and it is a nice bonus that they have a parking lot.

This is the nearest Citibank branch to my house. I can never remember the cross-​street (It’s 9th Avenue), so I just look for the sign with «Citibank» spelled out vertically in Chinese. (I’m pretty sure it’s Chinese, and I’m pretty sure it reads Citibank.)
They have a small parking lot and two ATMs outside. The branch is open on Saturdays until 1 p.m. which is nice. The tellers seem to reflect the neighborhood. I’m not certain that you could get your banking done in either Chinese or Russian, but I wouldn’t be surprised.
