Clarks Shoes

Very good service over the phone and in the store. Love the new Clarks flats :)

Hmm. Super happy husband bought shoes, so there are the 3 stars.
Also super happy that daughter didn’t buy shoes, cuz she really doesn’t need any.
However, we were all there because I (emphasis) needed shoes, and they came with me for moral support as they know how much I hate shopping. There was no way for the sales staff to be aware of any of that…
Perhaps I need to mention that husband is Asian and daughter looks just like him. They are both super cute. And then there’s me… middle aged white lady.
Primarily Asian staff asked family a zillion times if they needed help. I was desperately seeking help. No help. After maybe 20 minutes I went to the counter and eventually white saleslady came to help me. Sadly, shoes didn’t fit, but she tried. No shoes for me.
The whole way home family laughed and gave me a hard time (e.g. How did it feel to be treated badly because you’re the wrong color, Whitey? ’ snicker snicker.)
I asked why neither one of them sent help my way. They looked at each other and burst out laughing. Oh no, way too enjoyable to watch me get the cold shoulder, they said. Did I mention that they were ostensibly there to offer moral support?
Fine.
At least husband’s shoes are really good. He could have bought them for $ 20 cheaper online, but I talked him into just buying them there cuz I knew he’d talk himself out of a purchase if given too much time.
Can I have a cut of the commission?

You can expect all Clark’s store to be clean and organized and this one is no exception. Good costumer service and the workers are extremely friendly!

Had great customer service recently and just want to let others know. Reuben helped me out the other night. It was toward closing and he was the only employee left for the night, but was super patient with all the customers. I was buying a bag, which happened to be on sale, and, without my even having to ask, he checked in the back to see if there were any left so I wouldn’t have to take the one from the shelf. Just overall a friendly guy!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my mom becuase they didn’t have the size. Got a call that it was in. Well guess what… it wasnt a complete pair. Color was diferent and it was explained that it was a store display that faded. I waited and all I got was a floor model. If I wanted a floor model, I would have asked. I wanted a freaking new shoe.

DUUUUDE. This store’s customer service is fresh to death. Like are you kidding me?
I came here on a quest to get me some sick ass Clark’s desert boots. After searching online, store after store, all being «sold-​out» or «back-​ordered,» I’m like, «WTF. I NEED these boots so I could look like that girl from Pinterest.» LOL, I’m kidding. I didn’t say that.
The point is, I came in and I was one of the two only customers there. The sales associates there were super friendly, helpful, like… it made me feel like I was there shopping with my girlfriends. The only bummer is I didn’t get to go home with a pair in my hands b/​c they didn’t have my size. The nice thing is they ordered it for me and will ship it to my home. Then, they gave me a business card and said «if there’s any problems, call us!»

Wow! I received amazing customer service from Nicholas Brennan (the store sales manager) today. I was looking to try the wave walk shoes. He took the time to properly measure my feet (I didn’t even know I have been buying the wrong size shoe). He got me the right size and boy did it make a difference. Unfortunately for me the shoe I wanted was out of stock so I was out of luck. The whole time he was extremely patient and helpful in helping me select my shoe. He gave me his business card so I can call him to check when the store will be replenishing the inventory.
